I absolutely love the food and the cheesecake. I’ve tried so many dishes, I don’t know if I can pick a favorite. The low carb cheesecake is amazing, I couldn’t even tell it was«diet» cheesecake. The vanilla bean is delicious as well as the red velvet, and all of the chocolate ones :)

Good food but usually long wait almost any day or time. However, this location i.e. «Stonebriar Centre» mall in Plano, TX is open until midnight during weekends(Fri and Sat) so if you go there past 10 pm you get seated almost immediately. My favorite is «White Chicken Chili» which is awesome!

I am SO impressed with their customer service. I placed a large catering order and the manager, Jim, walked me through the best ways to order to get the most for my money. Super awesome, he didn’t have to do that, you can tell he really cares about his customers. The day of, he and the server(receipt says Marianne), got my order all ready and it was 100% perfect and it was ready right when I walked in. A lot of times togo orders are missing something… But this came with all the food, sauces, plasticware, plates, & serving utensils. It was flawless. They even had 2 gentleman carry the order to my car for me. Everyone was super friendly. Oh, and the food was awesome. Everything was delicious and was packaged up beautifully. Note: This location is actually INSIDE the mall. It’s on the second floor and so you can park on the second floor of the parking garage. There is togo parking right up front(something I didn’t know because I didn’t go to the 2nd floor) I highly recommend this place for togo/catering orders.

Love this place. The salads are all amazing, you can’t go wrong! The staff is also great. The only downside is the wait– usually about 20 minutes, but it’s worth it.

We ate here on Friday, and this place is always a win. There’s something for everyone on their book of a menu. The fried Mac and cheese appetizer is AMAZING! I ordered a chopped salad off their lighter menu this time and was pleasantly surprised! Large portion, perfectly dressed and loved everything on it. I will get this again. Our waiter was great. We were very pleased with our service for our party of 5,… Even during a very busy dinner rush!

I’ve been here a few times and man is it good! The bread we are served before our entrees are amazing :) I like their Four Cheese Pasta, Fettuccine Alfredo, etc. I always eat pasta from here and it’s always rich in flavor, beautifully presented and creamy. I like my pastas super creamy but of course you can ask for lighter sauce. The cheesecakes are HUGE. I’ve had the Original, Oreo, Godiva, and Chocolate cheesecakes. All of these were so good and rich. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, you should try these cheesecakes. My favorites are probably the Original and Oreo. Service has been great here, waiters have always been attentive. The restaurant is doomed light, but decorated beautifully. It’s great for groups, they have huge booths. Great food, great place! :)

The service is usually pretty good each time we’ve been there. We usually order some sangria which is delish, as well as the tuna carpacchio which is probably the best thing in their menu. It’s something we order everytime were there because it’s so damn good. Healthy and delish. You also can’t go wrong with the cheesecake options. My only complaint is that they took the mini corn dogs off the menu!

Excellent sausage and ricotta flatbread. Crispy and delicious. Crispy shrimp sandwich was good. Sweet potato fries were okay, but at least they didn’t have sugar on them like so many places do. Had the Red Velvet cheesecake and it was perfect. A moist red velvet cake and wonderful cheesecake. My new favorite way to have cheesecake.

I am a fan of one thing and one thing only at The Cheesecake Factory: the cheesecake. I have eaten at many locations across the country and while they are consistent, the food is bland, boring and overpriced. With that said, I did not dine here during this visit, only ran in quickly for a piece of sweet fromage to take back to my hotel room after eating at another restaurant nearby. So, to be fair, I am only reviewing the service I received and my cheesecake. I’ll start off with the wonderful part — the cheesecake. It was good. Okay, really good. Now, I’ve have better, artisan cheesecake that tasted like heaven and cost 5 times as much as this but let’s be honest, this is the one thing that TCF does well in honoring its namesake. I ordered the red velvet cake and it was sweet, creamy and large enough that I passed half of it off as breakfast the next morning. You can do that when you’re significant other is hundreds of miles away… The location is a bit odd. It is located in a mall, which is likely the reason it is so crowded all the time, but it doesn’t make for the nicest location for those who want to grab and go. I entered through the mall(I believe there is also an outside entrance) and was met with a long line of people who were waiting for acknowledgement from the hostess. I only wanted some cheesecake so it was quite obnoxious that I had to fight for an opening to get to the cheesecake display that was moronically located right next to the host desk where everyone congregates. There was no line for the cheesecake but fighting through the crowd took some time and then getting someone’s attention took another 5 minutes or so. I did that annoying throat-clearing trick to get someone to look my way but they are like my children and have selective hearing. The service at this location left a bit to be desired. The person who did eventually help me looked at me with disdain, as if I was just another person plaguing the world with my quest for diabetes. The assessment would not have been wholly inaccurate but still, it would be nice for them to fake it a bit better. We exchanged money and cake with not so much as a grunt of human friendliness from their end. I’m sticking with my assessment that TCF is a cruddy place to eat anything other than cheesecake… but once in a while you need that cheesy goodness, and this is a decent place as any to get it.

I’ll be honest, Im typically not a Cheesecake factory fan. Their menu is huge and overwhelming and there’s always screaming kids. This last time I went wasnt horrible. I was pleasantly surprised to see a «lighter» menu. They have their massive 15 page menu but also a separate one that has 600 and below calorie items. Be careful though because even though some of the items are low in calorie, they are still high in sodium and fat. I ordered the steak medallions from the lighter menu for my dinner. They were pretty good. It wasnt an amazing cut of meat but it had a good flavor. The asparagus was cooked well but there wasnt much of it. There was a little too much of the red wine sauce. they could have gone a little lighter there. But overall a decent meal for $ 16.95. The noise level is really loud and there are a lot of kids. Or at least there were when I went. Tables are close together so you’re basically having a conversation with your table and the one next to you. Not the best place to go for a date if you’re wanting a romantic, quiet setting. Overall an ok place to go. A bit pricey but convenient if you’re at the mall

We decided we need a taste of desert before hitting the road. Nice restaurant in a nice mall. Busy place, very busy. Took 40 minutes to get a table, but I won’t begrudge them for being popular. The service was top notch. I have to say the waitress was a lot of fun and spot on with service. The atmosphere is really cool. If you’ve not been to a Cheesecake factory before, the ambience is really different in a good way. Lots to see for ADHD people. My wife and our friend were super impressed with their deserts. Mine was ok. I will confess that the reason this place doesn’t get a 5 star rating is that I simply don’t care for cheesecake. So, I ordered a non-cheesecake desert. It was ok. Presentation is great, but the flavor was ok. Lemon pie type deal. Tasted too much like a fluffed up piece of cheesecake to me. If you’re a cheesecake lover, this is your place.

I don’t really go here, not much of an «American» food kind of person and sweets aren’t really my thing. But we had a holiday lunch outing with my team today and this was the place decided on. They had made a reservation early in the morning so when we came in, we were seated very promptly. Our server was very enthusiastic! I ordered the hibachi steak(medium rare) specialty with sauteed spinach and tempura green beans. This was REALLY good. Yes, all the pink/red parts in the steak– not overdone… JUST perfect. I also really enjoyed the spinach. However, i thought the tempura green beans(or was it another green veggie… I can’t remember) was kind of lacking. Too much batter, not enough of the«veggie» flavor… did not really like it. For dessert, each of us got a different cheesecake, I ordered the peppermint bark cheesecake. SIMPLYAMAZINGGGGG. Especially for someone not that found of sweets ;)

As far as enormous chain restaurants go, this one is solid. It’s hard to complain about good variety, good service, and huge portions. The food is by no means fantastic, but it’s not bad. We came on a Sunday evening shortly before 5 and there was no wait. If you’ve never been to a Cheesecake Factory before, the menu is a small book. It’s insane. You can eat anything from an omelette to a fish entrée to a burger to a «skinny» salad. There really is something for everyone. I opted for a giant breakfast sandwich on brioche with ham and bacon and egg and cheese. Incredibly filling and pretty tasty, but greasy. Exactly what I expected, in other words. My kiddo had corn dogs with a side of fruit and milk. Typical kids meal. The fruit was cut into non-choking hazard pieces, which I appreciated. Hubs and I shared 2 flavors of cheesecake(honestly, one slice would have been more than enough): the salted caramel and the original with fresh strawberries. LOVED the strawberry one, but the salted caramel was way too sweet for me. Not my first choice, but I’d definitely come back just for the cheesecake.

It’s almost been 8 years since I’ve been here and nothing has changed at all. The only thing that changed is that they offer a «healthy menu» which includes many low calorie options for those who are choosing a healthier lifestyle. The healthy menu included drinks, appetizers, entrees, and dessert with the amount of calories next it. The customer service is great as well. I ordered the«Skinnylicious chicken pasta» which was surprisingly good for it being only being 540 calories. I was very satisfied with the good decision that I decided to make which later took a toll. I ordered the Smores’ Cheesecake and the Oreo Cheesecake(I was sharing so don’t worry lol). The Oreo cheesecake was absolutely amazing and I STRONGLY recommend everyone to try it if you’re indecisive. You wont regret it! The Oreo Cheesecake contained a great combination of texture(from the actual cookie) and the cheesecake itself. It was the best 5 minutes of my life! The smore’s cheesecake was too rich for me and I honestly couldn’t differentiate between the melted marshmallow and white cream. I enjoyed it as well but my go-to would be the Oreo choice. Overall: Honestly, I’m not a big fan of a big chained restaurant but I became a fan of The Cheesecake Factory after consuming the Oreo Cheesecake. You will FORSURE see me back here! YUM-O!!!

Eh, it’s the Cheesecake Factory. We were hungry. It was close to our shopping path. Our server was accommodating and efficient. I had the Chinese Chicken Salad, and I am glad that he asked if I’d prefer the lunch portion. I had forgotten how gargantuan the portion sizes were. I could have fed the entire state of Wyoming on the lunch portion. It was decent, fresh enough, if not really that flavorful. If you like really big portions, a menu that takes 3 hours to read, and you don’t mind the food not being top-notch, this is a fine restaurant to patronage.

We stopped here for a late dinner after a movie, just after 9pm on a Monday night. It was not busy and we were seated right away. We were brought two types of bread with cold packets of butter. It’s not easy spreading cold butter on bread, let’s class it up a little Cheesecake Factory and bring us out some non-refrigerated butter in a little dish? I know you cook with butter… We tried the fried cheese appetizer, which was yummy. Marinara could have had a bit more flavor and a bit more provided with the amount of fried cheese. It was fried perfectly. I had the four cheese pasta and bf ordered the fried mac & cheese. My pasta was creamy and cheesy and delicious and was a generous portion. I might not have finished it all had I not been starving. The fried mac & cheese were actually almost baseball sized balls sitting in marinara sauce. He had ordered the dish before somewhere else and expected smaller sized balls. They were okay. I ordered the Dulce de Leche cheesecake to go and it was so good. Let’s cool it on the whipped cream though, the amount of whipped cream was as large as my slice of cheesecake! All in all, a great post-movie dinner.

I came here for my friend’s birthday. There were about 10 of us and being my first time here, the restaurant was quite large. It was crowded and a bit loud. It seems like they’re always going to be busy. I’m not sure what my friends got for their dishes, but they thought it was okay. But I found my enchiladas to be great! It was warm, cheesy, and full of flavor. You wouldn’t expect the cheese cake factory to have good enchiladas, huh? Well, life is filled with surprises. The portions are quite large I guess(?). The reason why I put a question mark is because my food was on a large plate, but I finished everything on it. My friends were surprised that I was able to finish everything because I’m apparently«tiny» and the rest of my friends packed up all of their food to go. I came here the second time on my birthday because my friend got me a cheesecake. The cakes here are a bit pricey, depending on the size. We got the plain cheesecake. The cheesecake was creamy and the crust is always the best. It crumbles in your mouth. The cheesecake and the crust=a great cake. I can see why they’re called The Cheesecake Factory. ;)

Seeing the menu today, I realized that its pretty similar to Café Luxe and my hubby’s favorite french toast was available, so decided to go for brunch. Wait was not that bad, 15 mts. Got a cozy corner. Ordered coffees. They are good with the complimentary bread and butter. I ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes which was delish, loved the lemon zest which hit me now and then. But the french toast was a bad miss. It was so hard on the outside that a part of it flew off the plate while my hubby was trying to cut into it. He was pretty disappointed with his food :-(As a mark of disappointment, he stuck his fork on the piece that flew on to the table, not sure if that was the appropriate sign to show his displeasure with the food. hahahaha… Our server was pretty attentive and service was meticulous. Will go there again for other options on the menu but not brunch.

When it comes to chain restaurants, I have to admit that I actually kind of love the Cheesecake Factory. Hear me out! Before you unfriend me, I’m all about eating local and supporting the mom and pop joints, but sometimes it’s simply a matter of convenience. Hence the other night when I was in Frisco for work, exhausted, and wanted something close to the hotel so that my coworker and I could grab a bite and promptly get back to our rooms and crash. The thing they have going for them is consistency. I like to order from their skinny menu and have yet to find a dish off if that I didn’t care for. I’ve enjoyed the white chicken chili, both the Asian and Mexican chicken lettuce tacos, flatbreads, and small appetizers. This visit I was craving a salad so I got the skinny Cobb without the blue cheese crumbles. It came with perfectly grilled chicken, chopped bacon, corn, avocado, romaine, and a light vinaigrette dressing. They top it with fresh herbs and it hit the spot for me in terms of freshness and taste. I would most definitely order that again. My coworker got the herbed salmon off the regular menu and asked for broccoli instead of potatoes. Her plate looked great as well. Of course we couldn’t leave without dessert, so we each got our own slice of cheesecake too and coffee to end the meal.(Can I get an amen for per diems?!) I always browse the cheesecake menu like I plan to try something new, but end up ordering the dulce de leche. Can’t help it, it’s my favorite! I ate half before my stomach raised the white flag. That was the most sugar I’d had in a while but worth every bite. She got the smores cheesecake which I’d never heard of before. It’s a chocolate cheesecake that they cover in a torched marshmallow cream and serve with fresh whipped cream and graham crackers. It looked gorgeous and while I didn’t try a bite of the actual cheesecake(have to be in the mood for chocolate), I did try the marshmallow cream and it was divine.
