I am very upset that community safety is not more of a concern of this complex and the parent company. The gates are supposed to help you feel protected and safe within your home however they were very rarely working… even when a MURDER was committed across the street… the gates stayed open!!!
Also, the apartment staff/​policies had no respect for
personal property. Many times we weren’t told
our packages were at the office and they always blamed the mailman for any confusion. I had a gift (didn’t know it was sent) that sat there for 2 months. They also don’t get the packages for you… you can go back and take what’s yours or someone else’s.
The apartments were very large in the price point but the complex is very dated. They tried to «update» the countertops but laying thin, cheap vinyl over the tops. The windows are not sealed very well and the efficiency of the units were quite horrible in the summer.
If we had to rent again, I would definitely look somewhere else and not with the same parent company bc if the policies are bad at one they are bad at them all!

Delayed on the move in date. They also scheduled an appointment for the internet folks to come install at 9 am on Friday and the cleaning people said they don’t open till 10am. I proved it to them by taking the sign off and showing them their own office timings. But they did not want to talk to anyone that early even though the people were in their offices.
Liers, time inconsiderate, those can only be the acts of cheaters. Wouldn’t move here if I didn’t have a choice.
Save your deposits people find another spot.
