Literally the worst customer service experience ever. I don’t usually place bad reviews, but this was just uncalled for. I work in customer service and if I had handled the situation the way the employees here did, I’d fire myself. I ordered a pair of cuff links the previous evening, went the next day to pick them up. Liz, whom I assume is a store manager, tells me «oh, I canceled that order. We don’t have those cuff links. I don’t think anyone in the district even has them, I sent you an email about it». After she informs me of this, she turns around and continues working on another order. The rude manner in which she said this is what caused me to get upset in the first place. Secondly, I check my email and sure enough I received an email from her… But nothing was even in the body of the email. It simply stated her name. There are two employees here and neither one of them bothers to help as to what happens now that I’m apparently not getting what I ordered. Is my money being refunded? Do I get other options? Is there really no other store that has them? Who knows! Because they obviously do not know what customer service is. The second employee finally approaches me and says«did you want to maybe order different ones?» I go over to the display area and low and behold– the exact cuff links I originally ordered. Liz realizes this and says«oh. I thought they were these other ones you ordered». She proceeds to engrave the ones I ordered while I’m in the store. All the while, complaining that the font is too light. The other girl is struggling to find my rewards info, which I don’t even care for at this point. It’s one thing to mess up, it happens… But to treat people like they’re the idiots and not respect them enough to give options, or an explanation, or check other stores and just leave them in limbo? That’s a bit much. I love things remembered but, never again will I order from this location.

Came in today 545p Sunday 8÷16÷15 to purchase gifts for our bridal party. We’d budgeted $ 2000 for gifts. The person working the shifts had other important things do to behind the counter than to assist us. Too bad. We will take our money elsewhere. Management may want to look for better help. One star.

My first one star rating in the form of a complaint. =/I came for a last minute mother’s day present, granted, but I was there for about 1.5 hours. No one was available to help and there were only two workers available with a holiday coming up. One register with around fifteen customers constantly in line with each customer taking a good five minutes or longer. I waited in line for an hour and when I’m finally able to purchase my merchandise the sign of «same day engraving» goes out the window. They state how they open tomorrow at noon if I wanted an engraving. I wasn’t the only one surprised by this, a bit of a heads up to the ones waiting would have been nice so I didn’t have to waste my time. I tell the cashier I don’t live here and they reply with how I can come back tomorrow… did they not listen to what I just said? Then as I’m about to sign my signature I decide I don’t want the product anymore and cancel the transaction as I say nevermind I don’t want it anymore. For some reason the receipt and charge still go through and she thanks me for coming in… once again, are you listening? Besides this experience the whole professionalism of the employees isn’t very evident and the gentleman’s tone the whole time simply sounds negative. I understand you’re stressed, trust me the customers aren’t having fun waiting in an hour line to buy one item. Now I’m stuck with my item since I didn’t want to waste the other customers time with someone needing to now make a return. I’m deeply displeased with my experience here and will not continue my business within this location.
