This is a fabulous place to eat. There brunch is out of this world. Great service and staff. And the Mini Pecan Pie muffins are the bomb. And they also have a healthy breakfast menu as well.

Food was so salty and over cooked, it was inedible. The staff was very friendly, but the food was really, really, really horrible.

We got chicken and waffles, brushie, and BFD. ALL AWESOME! Also, manager brought us out pecan muffins and poured us extra mimosa. Service was cool too! Definitely coming back.

I really wanted to like this place. The owner (I think that is who is was) came and talked to us on our second trip. He was nice. Food wasn’t bad, but they ran out of napkins, potatoes and a few other things. Came back again. Food was not the best. Grilled cheese was dry. The «tomato soup» tasted like tomato paste. I think we will have to cross this place off our list.

Ate here for the first time and loved it. Great happy hour and what a fun menu. Kept smelling the waffles and will definitely try next time. The Hong Kong flat iron steak was wonderfully seasoned and the roasted potatoes were awesome. Will definitely be back. Servers were attentive as well.

After several attempts, I’m giving up on this place. Cute atmosphere, right across from the theatre and a fun menu makes you think you’re in for a treat but it just doesn’t deliver. Service is slow, the burger tasted like fish the last time I came and today, I didn’t even get a chance to be disappointed by the food. After waiting and waiting and waiting, my family and I had to walk out.

This place is disgusting. Everyone felt sick after. We were also the only ones in there and could barely get our water filled let alone our order correct.

A little pricey for what it is, we went several times in their first year but haven’t been back in over s year because there isn’t anything there we can’t get somewhere else. They need something to draw people in to them. Prices are probably what keeps it out of the rotation. Just a dollar or two more than things should be.

You really want to like this place. Cool menu. Great location. Trendy vibe. But this is the classic gap between intention and execution… and that gap makes all the difference.
Service was very slow, from the minute we walked in and had to wait to be seated… and the place wasn’t busy, just inattentive staff. Happened a couple more times to others who came after us. Our waitress seemed reluctant, as if maybe she’s a hostess who had to fill in as a server. Drinks ran dry and refills were slow. They should change the place to order yourself and someone just drops off the food… felt like that. Funny, another table by us with a different waiter was having the same trouble and seemed just as irritated. There’s like a gazillion choices where to eat… if your staff doesn’t want us there, we can accommodate that.
I had the BFD (breakfast for dinner). Great concept… carnitas hash, sweet potato fries, waffles, pork belly. Seriously great concept. I will say the waffles were excellent. But holy hell… I had pork belly and bacon on the same plate, and it was hard to discern the difference. It’s criminal to over cook pork belly… if you don’t know how to cook it, or know when it’s over done so as not to serve, just stick to bacon. I mean, the pork belly was the main cooking skill on the plate… everything else you can get at IHOP or Waffle House… so you’re not putting yourself in great company.
Alas…I wanted to like this place. Even with the other reviews that my experience only echoes. My daughter liked her veggie burger, and my son loved his Smores French Toast… so I’ll give them that. This place should live up to the concept… but poor service and faulty execution on the plates has to be fixed or bring in a place that can.

Love the good here and is a really fun environment. My husband and I have been on several occasions and will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing service and food. Our servers name was Jeremy. He asked if it was our first time in and as it was, he brought us or a complimentary order of their green bean fries! Suggested us the Hong Kong flat iron and the chicken parmesean sandwich! Both were amazing! Super knowledgeable and friendly. He even let us know when happy hour was almost over so we could get another round. Will be returning just for the service. I want to try the Breakfast for Dinner next time.

Came in on Tuesday ¹⁄₅ to see the place pretty slow, usually I’d be weary of places slow on a Tuesday evening. My server was Mckenzie and she did fantastic! The food came out delicious as it was before! Manager stopped by my table to check on everything even remembered my wife and I after our first trip in. I’m slowly working three squares into my normal rotation of restaurants to eat out at. The roast chicken salad was amazing! Hopefully they keep doing specials for lunch and dinner, maybe something for breakfast? I still have yet to try their Sunday brunch but it looks amazing!

The food is amazing and the service is top notch. We loved all the homemade muffins and cookies they walk around with as well. We will definitely be back!

This place has been around for a few years, and I understand that they have had some ups and downs. We went today after Mass and had a wonderful experience… my wife’s Mimosa was great… she also had the Ahi Tuna Salad… for $ 14, it was a winner and would have been at $ 18. I had the Grilled Cheese and Soup… very good… the service was perfect… we were concerned when we waited awhile at the door to be seated, but just when we were getting a bit nervous a Manager came by offering us fresh Pecan Muffins and Cookies while we waited for another moment… nice touch… I only tried one of the hot sauces… it was really good… anyone who says otherwise probably eats a lot of Ketchup and Ranch Dressing… we will be back for sure and may even become Regulars…

We came to try the breakfast after not thinking much of the dinner food, and our experience was about the same. The food just is not that good. Save your money and go to IHOP or the Londoner. We like to try new places, but this one is a miss. For the price, the service and food should both be better. We probably won’t be back.

WARNING UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN. My chicken sandwich was raw (seriously check out the picture I took). Fortunately I didn’t swallow or I am sure I would have gotten sick. Our whole table lost their appetite. Won’t ever eat here again.

Perfect place for brunch and lunch. Good service and food is delicious. Highly recommend.

Good service. Nice place for drinks and food. Sunday evening was pretty quiet which was good. Breakfast ends at 5pm which I like because you have plenty of time to get to brunch.
Burger bread is good. AMC burger was basic. Nothing different than any other burger. The sweet potato fries are crinkle. The sauces on the table are not good. I tried them all.

This was our fourth visit to Three Sqaures so it’s safe to say we really enjoy it! We took a couple who was new to Dallas and were all seated right away. We ordered 1 eggs benedict, 1 sweet tacos, and two trios. While we were waiting, the owner came around with fresh chocolate cookies which was such a sweet touch! Food and service was excellent as always. We will be back!

Amazing. The service is awesome, the bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable, I even got served by one of the managers/​owners whom was very very nice! The food suggestion was very good and unique. I had the Brushi… it’s a breakfast burrito cut up like a sushi roll. My friends got the burger and ate every last bit of it! The food is fresh and quite tasty. The parking is easy since there’s a parking deck right by it. and the patio ambiance was perfect! Our server was also very attentive.
