If there was a no star review I would give it. I went in to get my nails and eye brows done. My eye brows are okay. I wouldn’t go back and get them done there again. But my nails were a completely different story. It was a struggle from the beginning. I wanted my nails shaped a certain way and she clearly had never done it before. And instead of just saying she did know how or couldn’t, in turned into an agrument. Saying that can’t be done with my nails, when I get it done all time. Getting annoyed with me, putting on tips crooked. She tried to do to them and they looked so bad I just couldnt just let her finish. So i asked her to take the tips off.(Bc that is as far as it got) Then the manager came over and I showed her a picture of the nails I want. The nail tech then proceeded to tell me to shut up. That was it and enough for me. I will never go here again. The worst customer service I have ever received. Never go here!

My nails hurt!!! Do not let Michelle do your nails! I typically do my own mani/pedi with an at-home gel nail system. But on this occasion, I booked an appointment the day before for myself, my daughter and sister. The place seemed disorganized in getting us all started first thing on a Friday morning(took at least 20 – 30 minutes). And I had to wait 50 minutes for the girl I requested(based on a friend’s recommendation) as they did not have me booked with her as I had requested the day before. After that, the pedicure was great… only a couple of painful moments from exfoliating my heel and filing down a toenail or two. I wonder if that’s a typical price for beauty. BUT the manicure is a different story. All of us requested the NextGen nails(they don’t do it for the toes as it’s too difficult to remove). But Michelle filed the TOP of my nails with an electronic filer AND filed my nails down to the quick! They are so painful that I’ve had to take 2 rounds of ibuprofen and soak my hands in ice for 20 minutes just to make the pain bearable! This is the shortest length my nails have ever been(and painfully so)! Michelle is nice and she does a great job on my friend’s nail tips but her process for real nails is just too painful!(And I have a high tolerance for pain!) Fortunately, my sister’s experience with Hannah for her nails was fantastic. And my daughter’s experience with Helen was good too. Had this happened to my daughter, they would have had one outraged mother on their hands!

The ladies who completed my manicure and pedicure were lovely. I could tell they were really trying to do a nice job. I had a shellac manicure which turned out a bit messy. The shellac was applied to my cuticles and prior to my first turn under the lamp were not cleaned up so the manicure looks home done. There are plenty of shellac colors to choose from but lacking on polish colors for regular nails. I most likely will not return.

I went 12 days ago for a manicure and it barely lasted through this weekend. While the gal who did my nails did a good job of making sure it looked good, it doesn’t last the 3 – 4 weeks like she said. Hell, it doesn’t last 2 weeks even. I wanted gel, but she explained to me about nexGen and reassured me there would be no damage to my natural nail. I like the fact that it seems stronger but it doesn’t last :(also, the manicure seemed more like a polish change as opposed to mani. no lotion, no massage. just shape buff and paint. as of last Thursday it looked like it was lifting, similar to acrylics. Worrisome bcuz what if water gets under them? Today some of the«polish» snapped off, again, similar to acrylics. I’ll just stick to gel polish. I know that lasts…

Just as impressed as I used to be when I lived out this way. Decent job but for the cost well worth it! $ 65 for gel and pedi! Definitely coming back!

My husband gave me a gift certificate to this place for a pedicure, and I finally went and did it. LOVED this place. It’s clean and the instruments they use are clean. The employees were very accomodating and kind. This is probably one of the best places I’ve been to. They did a great job transforming my disgusting feet into something beautiful. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I took my girlfriend here and she came back really happy. The place is very clean and accommodating. They guarantee the spa pedicure to be at least 40 minutes. My girlfriend’s manicurist was Helen, and she was the sweetest(also the owner). I highly recommend any guys to purchase a Giftcard to this place as a present !

I was their last customer of the day so I was rushed. Even though my nails were still wet, they wanted me to pay them right away. Nail tech offered to dig into my purse to get my wallet out. She opened my wallet! Eventhough they said 100% sanitized, I am not sure about that especially since tools were in an open bag. I had to wash up as soon as I got home b/c lotion they put on me was giving my kids headache. The pedicure tech did do an okay job but my nail tech was terrible. I am giving three stars only b/c Pedi tech was an older woman and I liked her. I also wished they wouldnt talk so much to each other. Sometimes whispering as though they are saying something bad about their client in Vietnamese.

My hair stylist recommended Tips and Toes over the manicurists that have been in her last 2 salons. I have found that the staff in this nail salon are truly good ladies and most of them have been there for years. It makes me feel a little uncomfortable that they speak a different language in front of me as the other reviewer stated, but I have also observed that this is a group of ladies who all get along and chit-chat very well together as they do their work. Their salon is very clean and I have observed the girls scrubbing down the pedicure tubs after each customer with the appropriate disinfectant. They also take their tools out of the plastic wrap right in front of you. The ladies are very patient and are glad to repeat words as many times as it takes for me to understand if I don’t understand. They are also very good at remembering my preferences, too. I have visited Michelle and Tammy for both manicures and pedicures and will see them again in the future.

The owners of this nail salon are genuinely nice people. Staff is great. Salon is always kept clean, instruments heat sterilized & i’m usually able to get an appointment when I want. My manicurist is «Lynn» Dang-Bandy, & my pedi-cure girl is «Nina». Lynn does a hell of a job on my nails & Nina gives a killer foot & lower leg massage. Both are good at remembering what I prefer during my visits, which is pretty awesome given the language barrier!
