Vapor Lab – Frisco

Jay was very patient with me. He spent 2 hours going over all my options until we found the right combination to suit my needs. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be returning.

There are two types of businesses in the world, those who want your money and those who want your business. Unfortunately, this establishment falls short of a venue that cares for your business. In a two day review in which I will explain below, Vapor Lab at best is a convenient little shop with a mediocre selection. Average prices as far as juice is concerned, a pretty high mark up on hardware and service that you can expect from ⁷⁄₁₁.
Located in the heavy retail complex in Frisco off Preston Rd is where you can find Vapor Lab. On my first peak in I walked into a bare and awkward entrance. Tucked around the corner featured a LED lit L shaped bar showcasing their house blends, a few premium lines and a friendly face behind the bar. He kindly greeted me and gave me a quick run down of the shop and sent me off on my way.
I should add, that I’m in the hunt for my new home base for vape supplies, a place with friendly, knowledgeable staff who love their craft and enjoy sharing it with others. A place I can get honest opinions and that appreciate my business. In turn I have no problem spending the extra coin just to feel welcome. For a moment, I had thought that this might be my new spot, but, on my second look I was proven wrong.
I came in the next day, I planned to purchase a new mod either a snow wolf or segelei 150, some new batteries and check out a few new flavors since many of the flavors are just the main stream stuff I never really got around to trying before. The entire time I was in the store I felt unwelcome. Unknowing how much money I was planning to spend, he just charged me off, ignoring me mostly while playing with his phone. He was very short and pretty much unwilling. Soon after, another customer walks in and bam, he’s in the game. Asks the basic questions: what’s a good starter kit? How long do the batteries last? How long does juice last? I chime in to simply help and say, it all depends on how much you use it. Jay (who is who I’ve been talking about the whole time) turns and looks at me and snarles off «do you want to clock in»!!! Whoa I was just trying to help you out. Anyways, by the end of this I realize, that this place is not what I’m looking for. If I return, I will update as things change. But for now I’ll keep looking. Best I’ve found for now is ECA Vape in down town, great people and I will gladly drive there for my big purchases until I find my sweet spot in the north metroplex.

The vapor lab is the best vape store in the Dallas area by far, the atmosphere and selection are better than any store I’ve been too around, and I’ve been to alot. I would recommend this store to any new or advanced vapor looking for the best Eliquid and selection of mods and tanks around.
