I frequently order flower arrangements for my workplace in Winchester to onboard new employees– we have tried others in the area, but now always choose to use Carper’s Florist. Holly always, without a doubt, will put together an amazing arrangement for you, and the variety she offers is just incredible. Also, she is extremely friendly, professional, and timely in her delivery. The delivery fee is very reasonable also! I recommend her to everyone I know.

I am the owner of a flower shop in a neighboring county. Carper’s Florist covers a vast delivery area, almost all of which is out of our delivery range. When I have a customer who is wanting to send flowers to Winchester, Stephens City, or Front Royal; I call Holly at Carper’s. I tell her the theme, budget, and delivery info; then let her do her thing. She will text me pictures of the arrangements if I ask her to do so. Her designs are very clean, but she will get funky with it when you ask her to. The shop is always clean and welcoming. Thanks Holly for always being reliable and for working with your fellow florists!
