No complaints, nothing extremely out of the box either. Just your average nail salon. Cheap prices! Go here if you can’t get to Nancy’s.

The only reason I gave two stars is because the service is inconsistent. You MIGHT go and have a great experience, because you get a great nail tech. My stepmother’s nails were beautiful and she thoroughly enjoyed herself.
However, I did not have a good experience. My toenails were not filed straight, but at odd angles, the polish was not what I asked for, the pedicure was just plain painful, and she just got up and left halfway through the pedicure. Eventually, a different gentleman came to finish my feet. But you could tell there was no communication. This was the root of the problem. I tried to kindly tell her my problems, but she did not speak ANY english. I am certainly not prejudiced, but communication is essential when you are providing a hands-​on service. She could have gotten someone else to translate for her, but instead, she just nodded her head and kept doing things wrong. Over all, it was not a torturous experience, but I feel like I should have paid $ 5 for what I got, not $ 30. Especially since I painted over my toes when I got home anyway.
So, I suppose, if you speak Vietnamese (I’m pretty sure that’s where this family is from), you will have a lovely time at Diva Nails. If not, reconsider.

This was a great place to get a pedicure! They did a great job on cleaning up my nails and feet. It was followed by a fantastic foot and leg massage! Then they did a wonderful job on the paint. They don’t rush you in out. Everyone working there seemed so happy to have you at Diva Nails. I only had time for a pedi but I will defiantly be going back… I think I am going to try the shellac for my manicure next.

I have gel nails and needed a fill. I felt they did a great job for me. They were conscientious courteous and caring. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

First time at location. Nails were cut too far down. Cuticle cutters almost caused my feet to bleed and she dropped them on the dirty floor. She then picked them back up and continued to cut my cuticles until I made her stop. I thought that was very unsanitary. I walked out of Diva Nails in under 10 minutes extremely pissed off. Will never go back and do not recommend.
