Very random that I showed up here. It was like the only place around that we could find though.
Food was alright. I prefer wings with sauce. They only had regular hot sauces on the side to dip and ranch. No buffalo sauce. We also got a philly cheesesteak. I don’t know why I always make the mistake of ordering that. It’s never good anywhere, so I can’t really blame Jim’s. It was a little dry though. Ask for extra mayo or something.
Staff here was extremely affable. Walking in here as an Asian, I thought I might get shot! lol but no weird looks or nothing. Based on décor, they’re Earnhardt and and Skins fans… Wish they had Kenseth stuff up! lol

Useful little grocery – very useful if you (say) get to camp at the Sky Meadows State Park (about ten miles away) and discover you’re missing a few things, like (say) matches and newspaper to start your camp fire with.
Come for the supplies, stay for a fantastic barbecue sandwich. Eat «on the veran-​dah».
Sky Meadows SP campground + Jim’s Country Store: a great way to start your trip down Skyline Drive.

Jim’s has it all!
The owners and staff are all always very friendly and helpful.
They have all the basics, including a very decent beer and wine selection! Without a doubt a little bit of everything, very convenient!
They have a wide variety of delicious meals and daily specials! All very reasonably priced.
Everyone who visits us LOVE their breakfast and would much rather have a bacon, egg and cheese croissant from Jim’s than go anywhere else!
Their chocolate cake is a must!!! =)
