I dont care what any of these bad reviews say… the equipment and price are awesome… whose fault is it that people dont read a contract that is gone over with you in painstaking review. You have to sign 7 times — its not like you were unaware.. get over it.
As far as I am concerned Versa Spa friggin ROCKS!!! Its the ONLY spray tan for me… it comes out perfect EVERY time!

I really dislike giving low ratings but I would feel horrible if my review didn’t save at least one person from making the mistake of offering their patronage here.
–abhorrently pushy, uneducated staff.
–very slow service
–no value for price paid
–sold me false cruelty-​free products
–one employee literally begged me to have one of my friends sign up so she wouldn’t have to hand out flyers to the public. Even requested I check my contact list for numbers she could call
–and quite possibly the worst part is that the management encourages all of this behavior (training, coaching)

Absolutely terrible. I found a free week online and thought it would be good to go in and get some quick color. I don’t even know where to start about how I felt leaving this place. For one, I went in because it was free. I didn’t have eye protection with me, so they charged me $ 6 for a pair that probably cost them $ 1. The guy who was working was an absolute prick who wouldn’t listen to me when I was rejecting the products he tried to sell me. He tried to get me to sign up for a month, when I declined he told me my color was going to fade fast and it would be good for nothing. Then, he tried to sell me on a $ 60 bottle of lotion, which I had to say no to various times before he understood that I didn’t want it. I paid for the eye wear with a credit card. When he was calling it in, he read my card number, expiration date, and the code out loud in front of everyone who was waiting in line. Someone could have easily written it down and he would have never noticed. Once I was all set up, I was told it was going to be a 10 minute wait so I went to look for the bathroom. A lady was standing at the counter so I asked her, but she had to finish writing her text message before she could answer me. They decided to give me 5 minutes in the tanning bed just by looking at my skin. They didn’t ask any health history questions or anything, they just used their judgement by looking at me. As I was leaving, I got the most sarcastic «have a good day» by the same male employee who had checked me in.
After a day I went back in because I had the free week. Upon check in, I had to sit and listen through 10 minutes of the girl’s rap about how I should be using x lotion before tanning and y after tanning and blah blah blah. After at least 5 minutes, I had to cut her off and tell her I had no money in my wallet. As I was waiting for the tanning bed, I heard her give the exact same narrative to the next three customers in line. It is obvious that they make commission off of their product sales, and it is horribly annoying.
Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant experience to go in there. If you have the free week and want to use it, my best advice is this: Buy some 99 cent eye wear before you head in, and be prepared to say no… a lot.

Wow, big surprise on the reviews! I totally agree with everything that was said. Wont let you tan without a package, pushy sales people, super expensive and from the looks of the contract they asked me to sign, they would have taken my first born if I didn’t pay! This kind of business model is just ridiculous and it looks like it pushes more people out the door then brings in customers. I will say the extra star is for the cleanliness of the space. I have been to a few tanning salons in CO since I moved here and this one was the cleanest. Too bad I wont be able to enjoy it!

I was given a «deal» by the OWNER in august that he would let me cancel a few months later without the $ 75 dollar cost… Not only did the man NOT stick by his word, He charged me for 3 months longer than previously stated. DONT go here unless you want to get ripped off (as im sure you dont want to). He not only did it to me but gave the same false «great deal» to 2 of my other friends at the same time.
Watch out for the «deals» he is going to give you because believe me… he made the 3 of us pay way more in the end!

I agree with all the other one stars. I went in to check it out and get a quick tan. I don’t tan often so investing $ 60 a month for a 2 year contract was way too much. It was like a gym membership but more expensive! When i told the girl I couldn’t commit to their contract she grabbed it and tore it up. Not very professional or friendly to say the least.
I actually went to the location on Harmony though, but they are a chain nationwide.

who in their RIGHT MIND would pay THIRTY DOLLARS FOR A SINGLE TAN.
and the selling ploy is transparent. between the 24 month required contract of $ 54 a month, or a single tan for $ 30, or hearing just how many watts are running through my body while i’m lying there for 10 minutes just didn’t do it for me.
