Palmer Flowers

Palmers has delivered flowers to my aunt twice, the most recent 5 days ago. I placed both orders online using their website and requested delivery the following day. Both arrangements were delivered on time and greatly appreciated both by me and my aunt. I am pleased to recommend Palmers.

Ordered some flowers for my wife and didn’t expect too much based on the photos on their site. Not only did they deliver them quickly, they were WAY better than I anticipated. Wife loved them and one week in, they still look beautiful.
Definitely earned a repeat customer.

What happened to this florist recently? I always got great service and flowers in the past. My last call to this shop was a disaster and the girl answering the phone could not complete taking my order after 12 minutes… I just gave up and called another florist… and they understood customer service!

Great designers! I have gone in several times to get an arrangement and someone has been available to help — no appointment needed! Last Christmas, a male designer worked with us to create a perfect little holiday tree to display every year. It turned out even better than expected. We also got a fantastic autumn arrangement. We recently ordered a front door wreath and the designer (Michelle?) was very friendly and easy to work with and I can’t wait to see her creation! Yes, they might be a little pricey, but for something we will display every year the service and quality are worth it.

My husband has sent me flowers from here a few times. They were nice, but our recent experience with their delivery and customer service was so frustrating we will find somewhere else to order from. They are among the most expensive flowers in town, but they expect a lot out of their customers, which is frustrating for an item that is supposed to be a gift.

I went in looking for loose flowers to put together a very simple (and cheaper) centerpiece for a dinner party. The staff was very helpful and together we found just what I needed!

When Blooms Today dropped the ball and told me so late in they day they couldn’t deliver my sister’s flowers on her birthday, I was upset. I found Palmer Flowers through a Google search for florists in Ft. Collins, and called to explain my situation. They immediately said they could deliver for me today, no problem at all! The gal on the phone was so patient with me (I was upset when I called) and helped me make sure that I picked beautiful flowers out for her, and I am so thankful! I will call them first next time I need flowers in that area!

Planning a wedding was stressful and I walked in to Palmers dreading making more expensive decisions. But Susan and her assistant were absolutely nice and supporting and took my big indecisiveness and turned it into a beautiful bouquet and bouquets that looked great with the bridesmaid dresses. She took my likes and listened to my allergies and color choices. I was reccomended Palmers by a former Palmers employee and she was right, I don’t know if we just clicked or the workers there just really treat you well. There was a stressed out phone call from an employee who confirmed my order and it’s the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars. Palmers even let me add flower girl petals to my order on the day of. (my rose bush didn’t produce enough petals to use) and when I tried to pay them they wouldn’t let me and just smiled. Thank you for making picking flowers for my wedding such a positive experience. My bouquet was prettier than I could’ve ever imagined.

Great place to go to get wonderful flower bouquets for various occasions. They always have their store so festive when you go in to visit especially around the holidays. They got a great variety of plants to buy too. They even got a little bird for you to make over when you are in the back in the plant section and it loves attention. Definitely worth your time to go check out!

Until last Friday, the extent of my experience with Palmer Flowers was just with my work. Whenever we ordered flowers for clients or employees, we used Palmer. Numerous times clients have told us how beautiful the flowers from there were.
So last Friday I was going to the Brown Palace in Denver with my sister and mom for their afternoon tea. Since we were celebrating a late Mother’s Day, I wanted to get my mom a corsage to wear. Since that week was also finals, I didn’t plan ahead very well and hadn’t ordered a corsage ahead of time; I figured I would just try to find a pre-​made one around town. I called Palmer’s first, since I was familiar with them from work, to see if they had any pre-​made. Even though they didn’t, the lady on the phone let me know that they could custom make one in an hour, which was perfect! I didn’t think I would find anyone that would make a corsage for me that morning! I let them know the colors of my mom’s dress and let them know just to make it to match.
When I picked up the corsage only two hours later the corsage was beautiful! I was so happy with it, especially since they put it together in such little time. It had unique blue and purple flowers, and the greenery around it was also nothing like I had ever seen in any of your other «typical prom» corsages.
So a whole 5 stars for Palmer for make such beautiful boutiques and corsages and for going out of their way to make me a custom corsage for same day pick-​up! I always appreciate a business that goes out of their way for their customers.
