Carrabba’s Italian Grill

Several small plate lunch specials and combos: choose soup, sandwich and/​or salad. Petite portions won’t blow your diet. Steak sandwich with side salad were minis, but packed a lot of meat. Seasoning for both were a bit salty. Attentive, pleasant service.

The veal was excellent and the steak pizza and other dishes at Louis bossi all sucked
I will go back to bossi because I love the location and atmosphere but for Italian food I will go to Cabbrea

This is our the worst location ever due to this waiter who is disrespectful to customers. This is a place where people to chose to come and dine. After speaking with the manager on site name Kristi, things became no better. Some form 0f training for customer service and how to handle uncomfortable matters in this industry need to be retrained or changed out. As a person that travels, I do not appreciate the tone of an adult speaking to other adults as children.
Stay away until new management come in.

Usually eat here every week. Always good. The last two visits, however, were a disappointment.
Ordered steak rare — got medium — both times. Same server too. Hmmmm.

Food was good. Service was ok not great. Worst part was I felt uncomfortable cause I was with my partner and we are a same sex couple and as most couples do we sat next to each other to enjoy a night out. We were getting looks and laughs from your homophobic from kitchen staff. To make matters worse I didn’t say anything to manager cause I really don’t think they cared. I’m not going back. The plantation fl store is much better and treat the LGBT community with more respect.

My husband & I had the pleasure of having Eric wait on us this evening. He made excellent meal suggestions and was knowledge of the menu. I was especially happy with the veal marsala with fresh asparagus. He was very quick to refill our water & tea without having to ask. Eric was an excellent server for only waiting tables for 3 weeks!

Just left this Carabbas for my birthday dinner. The waiter, Andy, was outstanding. Here is what made this experience not the best. #1. No silverware #2. Wrong salad delivered… Blamed on a new chef #3. Ordered a Tiramisu martini for dessert and they brought one out without chocolate shavings… I’m usually not picky but that’s what sells that martini. #4. Apparently my husband called earlier today and asked if they could bring a surprise dessert out for my birthday and the manager said «no, that’s too much trouble.» How is that honestly hard or of any inconvenience? We are locals. Not recommended.

Fantastic. Ed our server excellent. We had appys the muscles, Capearsea tomato and with fresh in house made mozzarella. Wonderful. Nice Italian bread with a most excellent olive oil and basil dip. Beautiful inside. Highly recommend. Night before a cruise. Just steps away hotels. Excellent happy hour which we love.

Good food and service here. Probably the smallest Carraba’s I’ve been to but everything was good as usual. The chicken soup was up to par and the grilled chicken I ordered was pretty good. Calamari were yummy as well.

Carry out is always late

not so good today. My chicken fettuccini tasted like fish. I hate when the cooks do that. too lazy to make sure things are kept separate when preparing the dish

Here on a business trip and the bartender was extremely polite. Made me feel like home!

Service was great. Waitress was on her game. Food was excellent, highly recommend the chicken Marsalla. Owner even stopped by our table to say hello. Great dinner experience.

I had Carrabba’s at Jacksonville was fantastic. We wanted to try this one, the food is good however, the service needs improvement. I didnt have a second sip from my wine while having appetizer, the server brought my main. It was just too fast.

Strong 5 stars. Could not ask for anything better. Between the 1^st class service and the great tasting food, the experience was perfect!!! Highly recommend this location.

Filet Bryan is great and the price won’t break the bank. Took my girlfriend there for dinner on a Saturday night. Service was good. The chicken soup was really good also. We enjoyed it so much that we came back Sunday again mmmmm yum.

Well… This is my 5^th time here… This is a cute place.
If you come here on Sundays everyone who works here is in a slow motion… The CHICKEN SOUP that I always crave can be spicy as hell. The Mahi was really salty… Good luck if you need a manager… You can“t see one… They are suppose to walk around checking on the guests… Overall I give this place from 1 to 10,‘a 5… yep… This is better than if you are not in the mood to cook… Bartenders with no personality specially the guy on a pony tail… Gess

We’ve eaten at Carrraba’s many times in different cities. And to summarize many of those below, it is a good restaurant with some surprisingly superb dishes, at a very reasonable price. The ambiance is very pleasant. One small complaint: the calamari had too much crust for my taste.
Look, if you are a food snob and won’t lower yourself to eat at a «chain» restaurant, then move on. Don’t bore the rest of us with this tripe. I’m not impressed.

I’ve always loved going to a Carrabba’s as the food has zest, flavor and for chain, to me, rather excellent. This particular Carrabba’s is a really nice place but highly disappointing. Besides no even having any Wi-​Fi, the service is horrible. When I entered, there was no hostess to be found. I had to sort of wonder around, located a waitress who then took some time trying to find the hostess to seat me. Then, I ordered a drink, sat there for 15 minutes, got up and was ready to leave however the manager then suddenly appeared with my drink and before I would let him escape me, place my food order directly with him which I thought would be quicker, but it wasn’t. There was another extended wait for my salad then another for my meal. When I finished my meal, I had to get up again and search for my waitress in order to get my check.
I generally rate Carrrabba’s as being Four Stars and indeed the food I had was Four Stars but in comparing this particular Carrabba’s to the others which I found to all be enjoyable experiences, this one wasn’t. Hence my rating for it in comparison to other Carrabba’s is Two Stars and though they offered me some coupons to use if I returned, I declined since I won’t be returning to this particular Carrabba’s location.
