Excellent all-​around facility! Clean, climate-​controlled and superior customer service! Jim is simply THE BEST! Dynamic personality, extremely knowledgeable, prompt and efficient! Can’t sing his praises more loudly! Public Storage – and its customers – are fortunate to have him!

I went to this facility to check out the place for my move in a few months. I spoke with Jim and even though I wasn’t going to rent from him the day of the visit he was SO nice and gave me the full lowdown! What a great and pleasant rep he is for the company!
NowI know at least one thing I don’t have to worry about with this move!
The place is clean and secure!

The staff there sucks!!! The girl behind the counter firstly, saw us coming to the door but locked and left the office with no regard to us. We had to wait for her for over 30 minutes to come back. Then, she was unprofessional and screamed at us (I mean from the top of her lungs and out of control!!!) for using more than 1 cart!!! We told her we were reporting her to corporate and she didn’t even care… Who does this?! They hire ghetto trash in there to run their business, don’t trust your belongings in there with them! Oh and we found a new one that’s $ 100 a month cheaper with a cleaner facility and nice staff. That place has turned to crap!

Facility is immaculate! Manager was very helpful and friendly!

Jim couldn’t have been nicer or more competent, and he made our move-​in easy and stress-​free. His suggestions made our work easier, he gave us a tour, make sure we knew how to use the locks, and guided us through every step of the process. He’s a great guy, and this facility is obviously well run, clean and safe. I highly recommend this facility, and Jim! Thanks!

Clean, bright, clean air!!! This is the best storage facility I’ve ever been in! And Jessica in the office who checked us in could not have been more pleasant and helpful! Very refreshing!!! I would recommend this place any day!

This place used to be so nice, super clean so well kept when it was Store-​All. I had not been there in a while after it was sold to Public Storage. I couldn’t believe the difference. Maybe most people don’t care where they store their items but I do and I couldn’t believe how run down it became in a matter of months. Disappointed in the new company. Glad my things are no longer there.
