The worst service and not sure how they r still open with their customer service. I had a designer Kelly come out to my house and she was so friendly but when she left she had said she would get in touch with me in a few days well those few days turned into 3 ½ wks and I kept emailing and texting her and no response except I’ll be in touch with you soon. Spoke with the office personnel and they tried getting an answer but no one was able to give me an answer of why she wasn’t returning my calls. In my opinion if you don’t want the business you should just say I’m to busy not give customers the run around. I will never use this company and I don’t recommend anyone either using them. Not only did they lose a large closet order but they lost the chance for many referrals and business. Unfortunately it’s sad that their are businesses like this still out their who don’t care about customer service at all. It’s ashame when even the office staff states not sure why you want to continue with our company with the service you have received.
For future referrals I would go with Custom Closets and More or California closets both were amazing in service and pricing.

I hired Closet Factory, paid 50% of $ 5700.00 & on installation the guys show up with only 50% of the materials! They installed that & sheepishly asked for payment. I refused as they didn’t even know when they could return. Next thing I know the credit card I used for deposit was charged 40% of balance (I got an alert from my credit card)! I would NEVER use this company — their design & materials are just so-​so & their ethics AWEFUL! I have no idea if they will even come back.
Okay, they came back today only to realize most of the measurements were wrong & the rest of the stuff was ruined by rain coming to their truck! I closed my credit cards so they couldn’t charge me!!! Nothing was done…
