Just left sky king in ft. Myers, they always have amazing deals but when the power went out and they were still trying to check people out and keep things safe in a dark warehouse of explosives. Even with credit cards they were still efficient in moving the line.

My jaw hit the floor and stayed there when I walked in to this place. Fireworks, fireworks, fireworks, as far as the eye can see! Mortars, bottle rockets, huge rolls of firecrackers, I was completely in love. I was also informed that, as it was February, they were a bit low on supplies and 4th of July here is off the chain.
As a city-​slicker from California who was born and raised on «Safe and Sane» fireworks, this place is like dying and going to pyromaniac heaven.
I am already saving my pennies for a return trip to Fort Myers for 4th of July, 2012, and my very first stop will be the Sky King. It will be a little brighter in Southwest Florida that night because of me…
