The staff is friendly, laid back and kind. Had so much help in the Drum room from Damon. Any question I had was answered in a timely fashion. This is one of the most smooth ran guitar centers in the nation. I will always come back and will never give my money to any other store.

The people there are always helpful when we go in there. Helped us choose our bass and guitar strings and even changed them on my guitar! Helpful when asking about items and ordering things we needed.

Class-​less, rude and arrogant is how I would characterize the typical salesman and guitar techs at the Ft. Wayne Guitar Center.
It’s extraordinarily unprofessional to talk about customers behind their backs, in front yet other customers.
The group of salesmen, seemingly to be lead by a sales or assistant mgr (blonde guy) did not bother to assist my friends and I with the Presidents’ Day sale and/​or promotions. They were too busy play fighting, shadow boxing, cajoling each other… and of course the ever present comments about other customers (long after those customers had left and/​or were out of ear shot of course).
This type of behavior is at worst, fostered by management and a best, tolerated. It has no place in business of any kind. These boys have a long way to go before they are men.
