Would not recommend! They provide a warranty but service is very high priced. And the service man was not friendly to deal with! They have lost my future business and I have been using them for some time.

Having someone come into your home to do any major repair/​replacement can be unnerving. And the last thing you need is to literally pay someone for rude behavior and sloppy work. That’s why I did a lot of on-​line research before picking Rolf Griffin to replace our A/​C. They had the best ratings from actual customers and their service phone staff were great. The sales rep. they sent out was courteous and knowledgeable, never once did I feel pressured into any decision. Everyone, from the sales person to the professional techs, were a pleasure to deal with. And our new A/​C once scheduled was installed in a day. Truely a customer centered business that walks the walk.

Great service. Have used for over 5 years now and have never been disappointed. Technicians are always courteous and on time as well as knowledgable. Prices seem to be on par as well. Highly recommend this company.
