Got a parking ticket here today. Apparently they need their lot of 25 parking spaces to be patrolled by police. Pathetic, never coming here again even though I live very close by

Don’t shop at this store, they tow customers cars every few minutes. They make money on towing instead of foods.
If your car get towed at this location or any location in public parking. Please go online search for the CVC22953 (a), it is removal prohibited law. It said, an owner or person in lawful possession of private property that is held open to the public, or a discernible portion thereof, for parking of vehicle at no fee, or an employee or agent thereof, shall not tow or remove, or cause the towing or removal, of a vehicle within one hour of the vehicle being park.
A person who violates subdivision (a) is civilly liable to the owner of the vehicle or his or her agent for two times the amount of the towing and storage charges. Take them to the small claim court to get your money back if you prove that your car was parked on the parking lot less than one hour. It can apply for markets, convenience stores, etc. or any public location that is not a gate parking or a parking lot you don’t have to pay a fee to park. You will get twice the amounts you have paid for storage and towing company and court’s costs.

I usually come here about once a week and I notice depending on who is opening that all coffee will be made or only 3 flavors will be made.
Once the worker told me that it would only take 5 minutes to make the flavor coffee I wanted. The coffee was finished but was so watered down.
If you get there at around 5am good luck getting your favorite flavor of coffee!

I have been in here as a customer and they are rude. They don’t stock enough alcohol. They will tow your car if you park there for a restaurant. They have 12 spots. How many people are ever in a 7-​Eleven at the same time?

I heard the nicest thing today from my boyfriend at this 7/11.This review is specifically for Louis, the store clerk. My boyfriend drives a jeep and was worried about our Helen being left outside on a leash and had ask Louise if he could keep an eye out for her while she’s outside from the store window. But he was so nice that he literally went outside to keep my little Helen company. He’s awesome. Also, I love going there for coffee and a free donut with purchase and a pack of ciggies.

Terrible. We just caught the tow truck driving away with our vehicle. $ 75 later. You don’t need that many parking spots for you store during lunch time that you can’t share with a local business… You will never get any buisness from me and anyone I know. These poor restaurants don’t have enough parking spots. Unfortunately we just had a great lunch at a place we won’t ever come back to because of you and your hospitality! Unless one of their 5 spots are open. You should be ashamed of your self. Way to help they neighbor…

Everyone is a customer. So are the owners of the cars you have towed because they are eating dinner and couldn’t find parking anywhere else. luckily my husband noticed the sign saying that you would tow. We have a larger truck so I reversed into space so we would fit and I did not see the sign but my husband noticed your employee glaring at us through the window. So I walked in and I asked if we could park there because of the size of our truck and the employee said no and I am counting the minutes as this is only 10 minute parking. Knowing that I would be towed, I move my truck and drove around for 10 min before finding a spot… but as we were leaving after dinner, we saw a tow truck there getting ready to tow a Mini. I don’t know about you but after coming out from having a nice dinner to find that my car was gone because someone was bored at their job and counting the minutes you parked in their spot would piss me off I hope that all of my Fullerton friends will read this and go to Carl’s across the street if you need a convenience store. — support local business and not chain convenient stores. I will never ever go to that store again… and I hope you don’t either. EVERYONE IS A CUSTOMER or Was one

These guys are cool. Nothing bad about this location, but nothing special. Just another 7 – 11. A solid 3 star.

Every time I go to a 711 only the manager is friendly but only at this location I have dealt with an employee that offers excellent service even more than a manager. Luis always greets me and make sure all my food is fresh out of the oven even during the time my food is being cooked he makes conversation to pass the time he is always well an awesome with the customers this is the only reason I come to this location because of him thank you Luis for the excellent service

Been coming here alot for beverages only, usually beer, arizona tea or rockstars. The cashiers are usually friendly, I have a habit of chatting with the cashier. Havent had one that is bad. The store is always organized, well-​stocked and clean. Location is good too.

This is my favorite 7−11…they r making fresh food. try da mini tacos and chicken dippers. they are so good.

It doesn’t hurt that this 7 – 11 is an easy walk from my house. It’s my go-​to place when I’m hosting a BBQ and need things like ice, soda and water. I think the no beer sales after midnight is a condition of their permit with the city though I’m not sure.
Great location, much better use of the space than the dingy, old Carl’s Jr was. Depending on when you go you may have staff which is friendly or you may get a clerk who looks at you like at any moment you’re going to rob the place (should I have left my ski mask in the car?) In any event it’s a good place to stop if you just need a few things or have a craving for a Slurpee!

This place is so cool, they have such a friendly staff and my fav coffee … And the best part which rocks this place it’s rage music … I just love it …

This 7 – 11 is great as far as keeping the store nice and clean. They also keep up their inventory which is great for last minute needs such as coffee creamer, milk, cigarettes etc.
But I am writing this review because they really need to hire some cashiers who have a clue of what they are doing. If the cashier isn’t charging you more for your items, he is short changing you. Both of these things have happened to me with the same cashier both t imes. But this time I went in to 7 – 11 and had a few winning scratchers. I go up to the same cashier who started ringing me up and right in the middle of my transaction 2 girls got behind me in line. All of a sudden he told them I can help you over here and pointed to the counter next to him which another cash register and rang them up! Ahhhhh hello idiot!!! You already totaled out the amount that I was due back for the winning scratchers so why didn’t you just give me the money and let me leave instead of making ME wait until you finished up with the girls. Sounds like to me someone is prejudice (I am a Hispanic guy) and like I mentioned this isnt the first time I have had issues with this guy here. Next time, I am going to call you out. I realize I am not as pretty…(haha) but dude, that was just WRONG! And disrespectful !

I just moved down the street from this store and was looking for some sodas for a group. I purchased a few 6 packs and ice and when I asked for help to my car the 2 people behind the counter looked at me like I was nuts and did not help!!! I was the only one there! I will not be back

They don’t stock enough, which means they are out of most things. Always stinks in here. And they stop selling beer after 12 A.M. I find it odd they stop selling at midnight, but you can always just go across the street to Carl’s!

I’ve lived here in Fullerton along time and didn’t notice this ⁷⁄₁₁. It’s so nice to have one so close by when I want to run out for milk or other things real quick. I found the guys that ran the store to be very polite and nice! (That’s important to me!) In fact I was impressed that the cashier even asked me if I would like a bag for my milk. (I always prefer a bag and most the time the grocery stores and convenient stores never put your milk in a bag… so personally I give them a «A +» just for that alone.
The store looked clean and tidy to me. Easy to find what your looking for. The cooler where there drinks are kept the shelf’s are so nicely lined up and so much to choose from. And another thing I loved is it was easy to get in and out of their parking lot. One other thing I want to mention is my husband WAS (past tense) stopping at another ⁷⁄₁₁ on the way home from work at night to pick-​up milk, ice cream or whatever we needed. And «that» ⁷⁄₁₁ should be put OUT of business. (Orangethrope and La Palma.) Gross! The milk always goes sour even when the «use by date» has a week or more left on it. There ice cream was SO OLD I had to throw it away.
The milk I bought at THIS ⁷⁄₁₁ has been GREAT! Fresh and has stayed that way. We were getting tired of pouring out expensive milk! I’m thrilled I found this ⁷⁄₁₁ because the staff that runs the place go out of their way to make sure everyone is taken care of with a smile. They are so friendly and nice and obviously that means to me they like, and want repeat business. :) They now have my business as long as they keep things like it’s been so far which is great. If your in a hurry or need something quickly… don’t hesitate to drop in here. I’m just mad that I didn’t notice they were so close by my house long before now… but I won’t forget now. :) I hope they continue to keep this store nice for their customer’s and they will do alright. :)

The reason why I visit 7 – 11 so often, is for their coffee.
It’s cheap and it taste great. And 7 – 11 has made it there mission to provide fresh coffee anytime throughout the day, well, not at this location.
I cant tell you how many times I go there for coffee and its old, thick like molasses and the staff is rude when I ask them please «can you make a fresh pot of coffee»?
I told myself that I would give this location a second and third chance.
Mistake!
Listen if customer service, a clean store and fresh coffes is not important to you, then by all means visit this location daily. However, if the those attributes are important to you, take your business else where!

Here is where I present an untold, but often thought-​about story of the night of Saturday, May the twelfth, a night that would have been just another easy to forget late night, if it hadn’t had been for the corrupt and unjust rules and regulations of the disastrous ⁷⁄₁₁ on Chapman avenue.
It was a beautiful Saturday night, on a great, fun-​filled weekend. I had been sober for 3 months, give or take a few light beers the month before. I was having a great night, with great friends, and we decided to go for a beer run at precisely one in the morning. We wanted to grab some munchies as well, and I knew they sold slurpees and other tasty delights at the near by ⁷⁄₁₁. We had decided on a cheap domestic beer beforehand, so I had Budweiser on the brain. I could almost taste the ever-​so-​ordinary golden liquid on my tongue. I walked into this place, headed straight to the back cooler, and was at first somewhat startled that the beer cooler had been locked up. «No big deal,» I told myself, «It’s probably to prevent theft.»
So I walked up to the counter, to ask the sales attendant how I would go about to purchase this lovely drink. He then got very hostile, and said in a low, and almost loathsome voice, «we don’t sell alcohol after midnight.»
The rest of the night had become dull and dismal, as my friends bid me adieu, and disappeared into the darkness of the night. I lay awake all night that night, and watched family guy over and over until I passed out, it was actually quite nice…
Moral of my story: This particular ⁷⁄₁₁ doesn’t sell booze after midnight.

This 7 Eleven just opened up about 2 weeks ago and I love it, it has all sorts of goodies! The staff is very friendly and helpful! By the way I won 2 tickets to the Angels game at their Grand Opening very good seats =)
