Ain’t Too Shabby

If it was possible to put zero stars I would have. Where should I start? I’m so disappointed with Aint too shabbys service. Or should I say no service.
My first meeting with the owner was great, I left feeling really positive and comfortable with leaving the book keeping of my business in her hands.
I was excited to get my business in order. I had stacks of recipes and customer information. I went to drop it off, no one was there so I slipped it into their mail slot. A MONTH later I got a phone call go pick up my stuff and a bill for $ 135 dollars. I asked for a summary of the recipes/​cost/​profits that I was told I would get. I was told the owner was not there, so the other girl in the office said she could not supply me with anything. I paid my $ 135 bill. I asked for a receipt, she could not give me a receipt.
I called them to see if I could drop off another stack of receipts and customer information… TWO months go by, after multiple calls (with no voice mail set up to her line) emails to them, and multiple stops by the office in efforts to get a hold of either women that work there.
I did receive a call stating that the owner was out of town, and would be back in a few days and that she would contact me then.
Same situation with ridiculous amounts of time past, no answered phone calls, no response to emails. I feel like I’m out $ 135 dollars, my customers information, and receipts I’m going to need for the end of the year.
Till this day I have had no response. Word of advise STAY clear of the company. As a business owner and customer I am completely let down

Amy was able to help me go over my taxes for the past couple of years and get me more money back then the online sites I had used were able to get me! I will be having her do my taxes from now on!

My husband and I took our taxes to Ain’t Too Shabby for the first time last year, and we were VERY pleased!!! Amy did a very thorough job, with our not so easy taxes (piles of receipts and all). We will be back again year after year!
