Great smoke shop. Went in and got the free key chain punch when I bought 3 cigars exactly as the coupon says.
Found a great collection of hookah’s and vaporizers.
Bought a ridiculous 3′ hookah with 4 intakes, and got a smaller one for half-​price, which made a great gift for my girlfriend’s mom.
Smooth transaction with the great professional staff.

Went in tonight to buy coals for Hookah and use the Unilocal check-​in offer to get a free cigar keychain as stated above. Let me tell you how things went wrong for me.
1.) 2 young workers and 1 old worker, the old worker said I had to buy 3 keychains to get the free one, so wtf? I asked about the Unilocal offer then he offers «if you buy a hookah I’ll give you 2^nd one for half off, just today though»
2.) all 3 workers kept saying they had to ask the owner for permission then one young worker whispered to the other 2 «dont worry about it».

Raffy was very friendly and easy to talk to! I came in looking for a new hookah since my baby hookah broke. :(I found a really nice one and wanted to get it, he basically gave it to me for a great deal. He’s very understanding compared to other smoke shops. I will definitely come back here maybe to buy a vape! ;)

Not a Fan of the sexist clerk that refused to sell cigarettes to my friend because they, «Were not made for Women». Bummer, I really liked this place, but I won’t support that.

This shop is no BS. They got what chu need. I’ve been to a lot of local smoke shops, and these guys always got the lowest prices. On top of all that, they’re really nice and helpful too!

OMG. What a place! Everyone here is gr8. They gave me cigarettes when I payed 4 them! And the worker there is SOOO cute. Like, OMG cute. Don’t remove this lollol

they have a wide variety and are friendly and helpful. I just got a hooka here cuz my old one broke and the price was pretty fair. They offer all sorts of tobacco flavors and brands.

Well it all started with the purchase of an electronic cigarette. It was one of those low-​end, no name brands that came in a box that looked similar to a Marlboro Reds box. It came with the e-​ciggarette, including tip and battery, a USB charger, and 10-​pack of Marlboro flavored refill cartridges. I have never experienced such horrible service. At one point, the owner was up in my face, his shirt literally touching my shirt, threatening me to get out of his store because he didn’t want to credit me for a defective product that he sold me 13 DAYS AGO. I wasn’t even asking for my money back, all I wanted was a product that worked. I tried the product while I was still in the store, skeptical to buy in the first place, and from the start it did not work, He said you had to charge the battery first then it will work, which I should have known right then it was a defective product as that never happened during my past e-​ciggarette purchases. When he sold it to me, which was on a Friday, he said bring it on Monday if it still did not work. So I gave him the benefit of the doubt and purchased it anyways, trying to help out a local small business. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen personal problems, I was unable to make it back to the store within that time period. I figured he would just remember me, knowing we were having trouble getting it to work in the first place, and he would understand that I was unable to make it back sooner to due to personal problems I was having at home. This is the last time I will ever visit this store, and will encourage everyone else I know to take their smoking needs elsewhere. The funniest part about the whole thing was that I was going to spend about $ 100 on a better e-​ciggarette, along with some other various items. This guy needs a big lesson on quality customer service, especially if he wants his store to succeed. I will be very surprised if he still owns this store at the end of this year.

So I just got a new cherry wood churchwarden pipe and I wanted stop by this place to get some filters and cleaners for it as well as some pipe tobacco. The guy who worked there was very nice and helpful, and didn’t charge me tax on the filters and pipe cleaners I got, but they were out of pipe tobacco which tells me they don’t carry a large selection of it. However, he did refer me to another smoke shop on orangethorpe an harbor which did have pipe tobacco. I will definitely go back to check out the cigar selection and accessories. 4 outta 5 for great customer service, but no pipe tobacco.

This is a brand spanking new tobacco shop that features really steep deals on cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco and other products. The owner/​operator is really kind, and eager to help — they boast about having the best prices Downtown, and they definitely deliver on their promise… For example, $ 4.83+ tax for a pack of Marlboro’s, and $ 5.25 (tax included) for a pack of Camels. I don’t smoke cigarettes any longer, but these prices were unheard of, even when I did… and prices on the East Coast or Hawaii are twice these amounts!
I’ve only stopped in when I was in a hurry with a friend who has been raving about this place’s prices, and have yet to sample their cigar selection, but believe I will come back and re-​rate for that as well. For now, just wanted to get word out on the new kid on the block — and as far as prices and courtesy and the level of service is concerned, I’ve gotta break off 5-​stars.
