Good customer service!!! It was a friday night and about a hour or two before closing. I have a 34 years old Mercedes with the left corner light acting weird. The bulb would works if I put on the turn signal but not working when I turn it straight on normally. When I approach the associate and ask him to look up the right bulb for me, he did not just sold me the bulb and sent me on my way. He asked me to bring him the corner light, so I wont be paying for the wrong part and saved me from the potential of having a second trip to the store. The manager also jumped in to help removing the old bulb from the socket. Also wants to add that I am not a girl, I am a typical American guy. So this is not some guys to girls extra help flavor. Sucks that I forget to take a note at their names.

Worst customer service I have seen, as I walked in I over here manager and associate talk about the associates date, language was not proper, cusing about the whole situation. Also talking behind customer back after customer left building. Once I went to register I trying to redeem my points from my rewards card and was denied, I stated other manager have honored my point without my card, managers reply was «we don’t do that our store, maybe other manager at other store does it because your a regular there» manager should have tried to find out alternatives of how to override system or even make a attempt. He went off to explain how he had a cash register and a computer system and neither could redeem point with out card. Just amazes me how he denied everything b4 even making a effort.

Way to go AutoZone Fullerton (Raymond/​Chapman) you guys saved the soccer weekend. Your other stores failed me (Yorba Linda) but you guys took care of a stranded soccer mom when her battery died. So happy now and soccer will go on now with a good battery. Thank you for stepping up and helping me. Great guys here!!!

The manager here will always replace anything for customers because he don’t wanna have a bad review so if you play your cards right and complain to the corp office they will honor almost everything. This autozone is the worst ones I been to. Almost all of them are ran poor and they each change their minds on what they wanna do.

Came in to get my battery replaced and had a great customer service experience. Manager really help me with my battery’s warranty. I can honestly say this was my greatest experience at any AutoZone so far. I really wish they AutoZone near my house has great customer service as they do here.

Autozone is basically your best bet for car repair stuff. The people are usually very helpful in looking up the right part for you vehicle. I like their big selection of car wash supplies and waxes.
Parking is pretty easy with a large lot.

The service was great! The employees there are all really friendly and genuinely care to help you with whatever you need. There is this one employee in particular who is really funny and had a great sense of humor. He’s also sarcastic but in a funny way. He was really helpful in installing my brake lights because he told me that one had burnt out. He was very straight forward in what I needed and told me the price it would be as well. The only drawback is that the place seems a little hidden though.

Really good customer service here! My neighborhood got hit about a week ago by thieves that siphoned gas from unwitting people like myself who park on the street overnight, so one morning I got up to realize that my half full tank was at nearly empty!
A friend suggested that I get a locking fuel cap, so I set out to visit Autozone. The guys there were great, and found the correct cap for my model of car right away.
I installed my cap, and though I’d imagine that a determined thief would still get in, it’s a deterrent, and I find myself heading to Autoze for most of my car part needs just because they are helpful and pleasant to do business with.
It’s located in a strip mall close to Polly’s Pies on Raymond in between Commonwealth and Chapman, and there’s usually plenty of parking.

I had to get a new battery unfortunately, so my dad told me to go here… They were super friendly and vincent put in my battery, no charge! He was super friendly and efficient and I definitely would go back there in a second! Everyone was super nice and the service was excellent!!!
