ZERO STARS! I had debilitating testicle pain, so I went in to see Dr. Bhavsar for the first time in order to get a referral to a specialist. That was all I needed. He said he had to make a couple phone calls, but then right away started to complain about having to deal with my insurance company. When I was leaving his office, he said it would be a couple of days and then I’d be connected to a specialist. Weeks went by, and nothing happened. Every time I called, he said he was «working on it.» Working for weeks on making a phone call, while I am crippled with pain? Now after a few times of calling him to see what progress is being made, he simply picks up the receiver and hangs up on me without even saying a word. That should tell you everything you need to know right there.

I would give this doctor 0 stars if I could. Went to see this doctor for the first time and was completly disgusted while sitting in the waiting room and hearing him telling a patient that he only makes $ 5.00 every time he sees him so he doesn’t know why he still continues to see him. The poor patient left that place almost in tears and it was horrible to see. The doctor and his front desk girl just laughed as he was leaving and called him a stupid annoying cal optima patient. As soon as I heared that i grabbed my things and left the office. I reported this doctor to HIPPA and Cal Optima so they know exactly how he treats his patients. DO NOT schedule an appointment to see this unprofessional and rude doctor!!!
