Flowers never arrived for daughters prom. Order them over a week in advance from 1−800-flowers. Thank you for not delivering flowers. I wish I could give you zero stars. Called 1800flowers to get refund. They stated the shop tried to deliver twice. An absolute lie. I was home all day waiting for them.
It is clear that this shop has their friends write the 5 star reviews.
I want to thank 1^st Choice Flowers for saving the day. Their flowers were beautiful and to my surprise cheap than the ones I ordered online.

I loved their work specially that my order was so last minute but she was able to fulfill my order and deliver them right on time… I can’t thank you enough Molly

Molly Johnson as the owner of this company may GOD BLESS you for attempting 12 months later to lie and cover the facts as well as make false accusations of violence. What type of business reputation are you trying to portray?
The flower photos and review I posted is 100% accurate, as I think the photos speak for themselves. Had you truly rectified the situation I would of never wrote the review but you did not and felt other innocent people did not deserve to waste their hard worked money on a dishonest company like yours.

The floral arrangement we received accurately reflects the company — wilted and dying. Butter Event Specialists is everything that is wrong about internet based businesses — Unprofessional and completely unaccountable. Don’t use them (particularly if your intention is to bring someone joy). We had exactly the same experience as the other negative reviews posted here. The reason they keep making the same mistakes again and again is that they simply don’t care. I never complain about anything online and will need to sign up to post this review but I hate it when somebody pays good money on the internet and gets handed off to a sloppy person operating out of their house. I suspect they are using second hand flowers from their events in floral arrangements orders online.

We’ve used this place twice since finding them through Groupon. Once for our baby shower and once for my wife when the baby was born. I was very impressed with the quality and presentation of the arrangements and there customer service is second to none. Definitely would recommend them for any big events like our shower we were blown away with the quality and pricing. Molly the manager was awesome when walking us through exactly what we wanted! They easily get an A+ from me!

Last week my dog suddenly passed away. My amazing co-​workers immediately went online to order flowers for us. So thoughtful! I didn’t know that they had ordered flowers, and I found out in an unusual way. A mysterious 562 number called my cell phone in the middle of the work day and did not leave a message. I returned the call within 10 minutes. The person who answered was polite but did not answer with a business name and asked me «Who is this?» when I explained that I had missed a call from them. I asked who they were, and they explained that they were a florist delivery service. I then shared my name and they explained that flowers had been delivered to my house and left on the porch. I had my neighbor immediately run across the street and grab them so they weren’t out in the sunlight or stolen. Sadly, when I got home, the flowers were a bit of a sad site. There were blooms that had been pierced by maybe scissors and there were dead flowers in the arrangement. It was such an amazingly sweet gesture that I didn’t want my co-​workers to be saddened by the shape of the flowers, but I did eventually share a picture with them. Once I cleaned up the arrangement, the flowers lasted for about a week. Overall, not a horrible experience, but the florist could use some work in their customer service and making sure arrangements look nice.
