Completely overpriced for very very tasteless tacos. We ordered chicken flautas and they had no taste. The tacos we ordered were very overpriced at 3 bucks a Taco. There alot better places to eat tacos at 1 buckna piece. I will never eat here again.

Their fries and burritos are amazing and I love that they put a twist in them and the workers are nice. Love that the portion is a great size and the price is right. I enjoy coming here when I’m craving fries because their fries are just fire. They make it just how I like em and every time I see them prepping for it my mouth gets watery and just can’t wait to stuff them in my mouth because they are always perfected for my needs lol. What can I say it’s a great place to grub

Our food was cold and the tacos weren’t that great. I have visited Chronic Tacos in Cerritos and it was excellent. However, compared to that one, this was a disappointment. My tortilla soup tasted like lard, was not a soup at all.

I ordered Chronic Tacos today for the first time and has it delivered by Door Dash. While the delivery service was awesome because I was not able to leave my work today, the food was not that good at all. I ordered a «Monster» shrimp burrito and paid and extra $ 1.95 for what they said would be «extra protein» and I have to say there was maybe a total of 4 shrimp in the burrito! It was not«monster» by any means!!! I’ve had much better and bigger burritos at many other places. I guess it’s my fault for paying for something extra that I had a knew in the back of my mind I wouldn’t get since I wasn’t there to watch them make it or order it myself. This burrito was a «combo» which came with a drink and chips and salsa. The drink machine must have had no syrup in it because all I got was the carbonation with just a little color to my drink. I know it was delivered so I expected it to be a little watered down, but that was not the only problem with it. Their machine must be out of syrup, I had to throw it away. All this for a price of $ 14.50…a rather small burrito with little protein and a drink that was all carbonation = disappointed! I also ordered 3 tacos for a coworker and he said the meat in the tacos was extremely dry. For a place that has tacos in its name, I guess I would expect a little more. So all in all, I probably won’t ever try there again. I’ve had many other places that offer better tacos and burritos. Even if they have the convenience of the door dash delivery, I will probably just choose another option next time.

3÷25÷16 I haven’t tried any of the tacos at chronic«tacos» so this review is not based on their overall delivery of food. I got the chronic nachos with carne asada. I really wanted to like this place but it’s really average. The ingredients are OK but what I really didn’t like was the chips itself. It’s the really thin kind that feels like you are eating paper. If it was a bit thicker it would’ve tasted a lot better. Maybe I’m spoiled by the nachos at El Camino real. But I probably will not get nachos here again. With that said their churros was a nice surprise. I like the crispy parts especially the top and bottom ends, so these mini churros were perfect. Nachos 3 stars

Absolutely, Chronic Taco’s. I love the«NACHOS.!» Tend to have a favorite restaurant for certain specialty foods. :) It’s the right serving size and if there’s left over, reheat nacho chips will stay crisp. So good.

My husband and I LOVE chronic tacos! Luckily it was a nice day outside, the whole restaurant was super smokey! We ordered churro bites for the first time and they were cold in the middle besides that the burritos were delicious as always!

Service was great. The employee was really kind and offered recommendations and was very patient with us. The food came in generous proportions as well. :)

This was my second time coming to Chronic Tacos. To be honest, I don’t quite remember the first time since it was so long ago. I think I may have heard about the place while watching an episode of West Coast Customs. Anyway, fast forward to now… we were in the area and decided to pick up food for our family. When we got there, the entire restaurant was empty. We ordered several tacos, a salad, and a few other small items… approximately 25 minutes later we walked out with our food! The individual behind the counter was very friendly, but it took way too long to get our food. He kept having to go in the back to refill the different serving bowls… one trip for salsa, another for onions, another to get more chicken to cook. For an establishment that is meant to create the food right in front of your eyes, it should NEVER take this long. The place was empty for(seemingly) a long period of time, so these bins should have been refilled during this down time. On top of that, he kept forgetting the items in our order. We had to repeat our full order at 3 times. By the time we had our full order and got home, much of our food was cold. The tacos and food were only«ok». WAAYYY overpriced for what you get. Combine that with less than average service. I will not be coming back here again. I recommend you find somewhere else if you are looking for good tacos, and likely for cheaper with better service.

Love this place — delicious, made to order, California-style Mexican food. Only complaint is the amount of time it takes when you order at the counter — even when you’re the only people in the store. I get around this by calling in my order. Haven’t been to any of their other locations, but it’s a must try!

My husband wanted some chronic tacos so we went and got some tacos. This place is located next to a few other restaurants and is across the street from Bank of America. My husband ordered his usual carnitas burrito and I ordered the Carne asada nachos. My husband loved his burrito as usual. My nachos were ok. I think I needed some salt on it or something. We will probably be back when my husband has his chronic tacos craving.

Just OK. Tacos are good but not great. A little prciey, each taco was $ 3. Spent $ 18 for 5 tacos and 1 drink. I like how you can customize your tacos as you go though. Also, if you check in you can get free chips and salsa. I made the mistake of showing the cashier after we sat down to eat and she wouldn’t take it. All in all, the food itself wasn’t good enough to make me want to come back.

It seems very fitting that I’m writing this review on a Tuesday since Taco Tuesday is the greatest thing since sliced bread… er, I mean tortillas. Chronic tacos is located in a plaza with a bunch of other restaurants that seem to cater to the business lunch crowd mixed with the college crowd down the street. Keeping in mind that there are a bunch of people looking for a quick and cheap, arguably healthy lunch, this place serves up customizable tacos(kind of like Chipotle, where you build them as you go). I like the freshness of the ingredients, since there is nothing worse than seeing old lettuce or wilting tomatoes on the line. They have several different meats to choose from, and my fiancé said to go for the Asada when you’re craving something sweet, but the beef is his favorite. Personally, I stick to the vegetarian tacos with Spanish rice, black beans, guacamole(free on the veggie tacos only), cheese, and pico de gallo. Get the green salsa on the side to prevent your tacos from getting soggy. We always get the meal deals that come with tortilla chips and an extra side of rice and beans topped with Mexican cheese. The restaurant itself isn’t huge, but people eat pretty quick. When the food is this good they don’t dawdle! There are always tables available even at lunchtime, and they have a covered patio if you’d rather sit outside. They have a loyalty program connected to your phone number, so we just got a text message for $ 10 off any purchase(excluding alcohol). We are coming back on a day other than Tuesday to try the burritos or taco bowls. Hooray free food!

Marco is the best! He made me a killer burrito that I literally had him leave open so I could look at it while I ate it it was too beautiful. I love when people are into their jobs and don’t phone it in ! It makes a difference to have happy employees plus killer food! I’ll defiantly be back!!! I’m so happy with my experience today! I’ve been to other chronic tacos and these fries are so fresh and crispy I could pass out !

I’m not big on posting reviews, unless it’s something near incredible but I can’t help but appreciate the consistency of wonderful food and the discovery of new delicious morsels. I’m a nacho snob, and Chronic’s are my favorite! Oodles of real melted cheese coupled with delicious meats and savory sauces. The chicken taquitos are especially tasty with guacamole and/or the Baja sauce. Speaking of which, is my newest obsession. That Baja sauce is amazing on everything! Try the potato tacos w/carne asada and Baja sauce. You won’t be disappointed! Their portions are more than generous and I feel I always get more than my money’s worth. This location is always clean and the patio is a great place to relax. I frequently take advantage of the free wifi so I can get some work done while I’m enjoying my food. The staff is dedicated to providing you with fresh food and one guy in particular is super charming. This truly is a place that offers something for everyone.

I had been wanting to try this place for a long time. Something about the name made me want some grub. The guy who made my food was cool. He gave me some ghost pepper hot sauce on the side for my burrito. The hot sauce was really good. I ordered a carne asada burrito with Spanish rice and pinto beans. Besides from the first three bites having a lot of gristle it was really good. I would come back but next time I might just get a bean and rice burrito or some nachos.

I’ve had some decent tacos here but after my last visit I will never go back. The girl making the tacos was high or something because she asked me to repeat everything I said and her eyes were half closed. I said white beans she put brown. A piece of carne asada fell to the side of the tray and she picked it up and ate it. Besides the many stoner moments I witnessed, the burrito tasted like it was missing something. The carne asada was low quality and fatty. It tasted burnt and was hard to chew. The only thing that saved my review from being a 1 star is the free guacamole she added without me asking. Lastly, for a burrito and a regular sized drink it was just a few cents under $ 10.00. For that price you can get higher quality food with better service at many different places.

Meh. Hit the spot but the asada was kinda dry and bland. I had a burrito and it was pretty large. Chipotle sized, but not as delicious. Another thing is they keep the limes behind the counter, and I need my limes! Both me and my girlfriend agreed this location wasn’t bad but we won’t eat here again. Those employees were cool though. Chronic tacos just needs to revamp their marinades or something.

Prior to today’s visit, I had held Chronic Tacos to a solid 3 stars; but by ordering nachos instead of my usual tacos, I have changed my mind to a 4. I guess you can say, it contains concepts similar to Chipotle and Subway mixed. You customize the condiments of your tacos, burritos, bowls, nachos or quesadillas. Ingredients appear fresh and have been. Their food prices might be high for some, but more times than not(for me) the quality has compensated for it’s CHRONICally HIGH costs. Carne asada and chicken tacos were good to me. I had carne asada nachos and my hubby had a fish taco and al pastor nachos. Satisfying bites lead to stomach and mental harmony. Some seats inside but definitely more outdoor patio seating. Been here several times, a couple of times they were slow, but it’s never crowded. So every now and then I don’t mind getting some.
