Horrible I say went in there for foot cream said I needed insolos charged me $ 135. Never again

I had been hurting for years but finally went into the doctor and am overjoyed with the result! From start to finish the experience was great. I called on a Tuesday and got in Thursday. The front office women were so sweet and the doctor was awesome! I didn’t feel rushed and he was super professional. I will be returning and am very happy! Feeling better already!

The 6÷24÷13 comment happened to me too. I am so furious I didn’t read the reviews first. They overcharged me $ 200 and still submitted a claim to my insurance. I will not be going back there plus his diagnosis was wrong!

Dr Rosenblum is a caring Dr. Smart in more ways than one. He explained everything and was concerned that I was nervous (I had to reassure him that I wasn’t scared) lol. He’s funny and direct and answered all my questions without using medical terms. I would take my kids to him if I had any.

Dr. Rosenblum provided acceptable medical care. Unfortunately, his office PURPOSEFULLY OVERCHARGED me.
He is an in-​network provider with my insurance company. He is therefore prohibited from charging more than permitted by his contract with my insurance company. Instead of submitting my services to insurance and then billing me for the remainder — the accepted practice at all in-​network medical providers — his staff made me pay up front for the full amount.
Of course when I received my statement of benefits from my insurance company I saw that he had charged $ 400 MORE THAN ALLOWED BY INSURANCE. His office refused to give me a refund. My insurance company had to call and demand that they refund the overcharge and his office was «not very nice» about it according to my insurer.
If Anthem Blue Cross has a hard time getting the office to bill properly, good luck to the average Joe. It also made me wonder how many patients they have overcharged and never refunded (which is against California law re «balance billing»).

I had a problem with my toe that was making it miserable to wear closed toe shoes. Dr. Rosenblum said it needed surgery. I was really uncertain but I was so tired of the pain that I agreed I needed to try it. That was five or six months ago and it healed great and the pain is gone! He did an excellent job. If you are on this site and trying to decide on treatment — you can trust Dr. Rosenblum.

I don’t feel he has much compassion. If you ask him a question he makes you feel stupid when he answers; hence you don’t want ask another. As another review mentioned he did take phone calls during my visit and left the room; unprofessional. My guess is that the 5 star ratings are from one of his employees trying to hide the fact that he really is the not the best choice to go to.

Dr Rosenblum is warm, compassionate and very considerate. He removed a bunion from my foot about 3 years ago. He was excellent in every way! My foot still looks beautiful today and I am about ready to schedule another appointment for the other foot. I would srongly recommend Dr. Rosenblum. There are lot of bad foot doctors out there, he is NOT one of them! As far as the money goes… well, you get what you pay for.

I saw Dr Naasr there for wart removal on my foot and for orthotics. He was very professional and thorough. I have also met Dr. Dale Rosenblum, he very nice and professional as well. The staff is terrific. They call me to remind me of my appt. and are always very friendly. Highly recommended.

Dr. Rosenblum recently took care of a nagging ankle problem for me. Now to preface this review, I am of the opinion that people need to take charge of their own health care. If a doctor prescribes a medication or treatment for me or a member of my family he/​she had better be ready and willing to answer my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. If they try to bums rush me they will be in for a surprise. As such, I have ‘fired’ more than one physician (demanded my co-​pay back too).
With that all said, I found Dr. Rosenblum to be an excellent and dedicated Podiatrist. He seemed to be very attentive to details. He was funny, informative, and interesting to talk with. When I asked questions, he answered clearly and concisely. Some might even say he was blunt, but I would call it direct. Whenever I pushed for more he took the time to explain in further detail. Never did I feel I was a bother or an inconvenience.
The staff was very professional and definitely knew what they were doing. Very busy office that moves like clockwork. Never waited more than 5 minutes past my appointment time whether it was the 1^st appointment of the morning or 4:30 in the afternoon. Appointment reschedules were a breeze and they were very flexible with my schedule. Available hours were clear but there were limitations (mostly due to his surgery schedule).
Excellent all around. I highly recommend him and this office.

I am writing this on behalf of my father. He strongly advises NOT TO GO TO HIM. Dr. Rosenblum is all about money money money. No quality, no customer service; Answers questions generically; No hospitality; No hello. Recent incident: He stepped out of the room to take a phone call & never returned.
Aside of the doctor, the staff is friendly & the environment clean. There is also a mini store to purchase foot-​related supplies (of course, because he’s all about money!)
Unless you want to be treated poorly, DO NOT GO TO DR. ROSENBLUM. He should retire already. He made my father’s day bad :(
