For those you who don’t understand how a small businesses works. If you give a business 5 stars and then turns around and then gives 1 star the next review and uses a bunch of unnecessary punctuation marks. You are over exaggerating beyond belief. Maybe you shouldn’t take your curtains to a dry cleaner for alterations. I love how you were a customer for almost 4 years and it only took one bad misunderstanding for you to try to ruin someone hard earned business and reputation. You people think you’re entitled to your opinion, no one cares for people who has negative thoughts like you. You forget that Julie works 6 days and week and only takes 4^th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas off. Give me a break. Get over you curtains measure them before you buy them.

This place is wonderful. Great prices on both cleaning and altering. Julie is wonderful and always tries to get things back to you as soon as possible. I have brought in several things needing hems or taken in, etc. and always charged fairly. The outside can be deceiving, but it is a great place.

I absolutely love Julie! She is the lady at the front desk and her service is beyond the best! I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and everything has always come out perfect! I NEVER write Unilocal reviews, but really wanted to write one for this place. Whether it is basic cleaning or alterations (trust me her alteration skills are the best I’ve ever seen) Julie is always providing quality work and I’ve been coming here for so long that I’ll drive out of the way just to get it done here.
I’ve recommended this place to my family members and they love it just as much.
A recent experience I’ve had here was getting quite a few of my pants altered. I went on a bit of a shopping spree and need to get new pants hemmed since I’m shorter than the average person. When I first wanted to get pants altered, I just told Julie I wanted 2 inches hemmed when I brought it in. She blew me away with her attention to detail by having me try on my pants and making sure every aspect of my pants felt comfortable and how I wanted it before pinning anything. Now that is service! Now I not only alter my pants, but she’s also altered and cleaned a few bridesmaid dresses, formal dresses, skirts, tops, and sweaters for me!
I don’t know about a few of the negative reviews, but my experience here has always been amazing and highly recommend this place! It’s a cute little mom and pop dry cleaners so you’re also support local small business (:

Quality ³⁄₅ nothing outstanding.
Price ²⁄₅ higher than some. Price for cleaning my pants is about $ 3.50 each.
Service ³⁄₅ owner seems nice enough.

I have been going here for a very long time and was extremely disappointed with Julie this time.
I purchased six sets of curtains that needed to be shortened by 2 inches. Not a hard task, right? I measured every single curtain myself so I wouldn’t give Julie the wrong instructions. Well, I got my curtains back and they were shortened by 6 inches!!! Did I not speak English!!! Plus, when I hung them up in my windows, every single set was crooked! I had to take all my curtains down.
I brought them back to Julie and she had nothing but excuses. She actually blamed me for not giving her clear instructions!!! Seriously!!! Julie has lost me forever as a customer. I ended up taking them to another place to get them done right. Too bad. She used to be good.

Came here 2 months ago and needed clothes ASAP for a last minute interview. Very courteous staff with great detail. Will come here from now on

I just got 9 of my pillows back today, they are irreplaceable and absolutely RUINED. I’m so upset, the stuffing is lumpy, the corners are wrinkled and I have no idea how I’m supposed to replace these. I also sent in my goose down comforter, not clean at all. Do not go here!!!

The BEST dry cleaners… EVER! I’m a pretty short person so nothing I buy is ever the right length. Then I found Dryclean Express. I’ve had them alter every single pair of jeans, yoga pants, dress pants, skirts, dresses, and formal attire I’ve bought in the last couple of years. It’s done in a timely fashion and always… ALWAYS…fits perfectly. In addition to that, my altered clothing is laundered and pressed when it’s returned to me. This place is awesome and now I never have to second guess whether I want to buy something or not because I can always get it altered here at a really great price.

This is one of the best drycleaners I’ve ever been to! The price really is fair & the quality is fantastic. Julie is so nice and could do just about anything with alterations and is such a pro!
