Just wanted to leave a review for Zach, whose the owner of Empire Pools. He has been a pleasure to work with, I really didnt know anything about cleaning a pool, and so it was nice to have him come out and just take care of things. Of course I don’t really get a chance to actually see him work but my pool is always crystal clean without even a leaf in it so I really couldn’t be happier. If you are lucky enough to be in his operating area give him a call, you won’t regret it.

Zach is the most professional, knowledgeable pool service I have had in the over 15 years having my saltwater pool. I was having a problem and once I had Zach over he recommended what I should do. He is really great at communicating which is wonderful because I had a larger local pool service who would just come and do major services and just send an invoice! Zach has managed to get my pool back on track and it is the best feeling knowing that I can relax knowing my pool is in his very capable hands.
I have two dogs and he has no problem in coming in the yard. My latch was not closing the gate and he put a chair on the outside of the gate to keep it closed so the dogs would not get out. In my opinion that is A++ service.

Hes knowledgeable, quick, and gets the job done exactly how you want it. He knows what hes doing and answered all my questions. And i trust him to be in my backyard. I dont like wierdos.

Empire did a great job getting our salt water pool straightened out. We had received a lot of different opinions from different contractors, but Empire was the first to really address the issues.
They were professional, courteous, and always on-​time.
