Idk what people here are trippin about here lol… it’s a good store with great deals compared to Target and/​or even Walmart! Where else can you get a new cute outfit for a kids at $ 3 on clearance ?!.
Sometimes you can even find kids shoes on clearance for a buck!!! that’s amazing! If I went to Target, Walmart, Ross, or Marshalls for the same shoes i’d pay like over $ 15 bucks if i’m lucky…
I just discovered this store and I’m recommending it to everyone!

I go in this store for the good deals yes the clothes r not the best quality but u have to search for the hidden treasures that lye within … Of course if ur chubby and buy smaller pants they would rip. Lol so get fitted know ur sizes and stop in here and get some great deals on stuff.

Me and my wife went to factory 2 u yesterday. My wife found three stretch pants with some unique designs. she got blue, red stretch pants with like a tiger camo print. Some brown combat boots with plaid interior! They have alot of after new years sales in store. I found a cold ass pair of camo joggers! I pick those up for my collection and price was straight. But man they need help cause it was 7 ppl in line and one cashier. They were really slow and she didn’t have help for 15 minutes! But other than that factory 2 u had cool stuff.

This place is a JOKE!@#@#!:!&# I came in and bought 3 items and I asked what their return policy was. They said if I paid by credit then I can have a refund back onto my card. I paid for the items in credit and did not like the blankets and bedsheets I bought so the next morning I came back to return those two items. I had my receipt and the card I paid with so I followed the return policy protocols. However, the next month I checked my credit card account summary and I only received $ 2.18 back. I knew something went wrong right when I only received an increment of the amount I was owed. I found the receipt and came back into the store. I read the receipt and the cashier NANSI made a mistake. She rung me up as if I was doing an exchange in which I didn’t even get to keep one of the items. So, as I was at the store I asked to speak to the manager and I explained to her what happened. She told me sorry we can’t do anything. I asked to speak to the store manager and she said the same thing. This was the cashier’s mistake and the store manager Lulu was trying to blame me and say oh why didn’t u say anything… UMM HELLO THAT’S WHY I CAME BACK!!! I asked if she could give me the rest of what they owed me and she said no we have to wait for the cashier to see if she remembers. I asked what if she doesn’t remember me and all she said was well sorry we can’t do anything. THIS BUSINESS BASICALLY ROBBED ME OF 20 BUCKS… 20 dollars is a lot of money!!! What kind of business just says sorry and not give any customer satisfaction. I would have been okay with store credit or exchange it for something else BUT NO… ALL SHE SAID WAS SORRY… WORST TYPE OF BUSINESS TO COME ACROSS!!! I WARN YOU… DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Service sucks I was accused of stealing an item I was trying to exchange for something else because I didn’t have a receipt. I wouldn’t have to return $hit if they had fitting rooms!!!

Signs are incorrect, have to ask what is on sale, wouldn’t refund or give the sale price advertised. A better business report will be made also weights and measures. Not a matter of money but the principle of the matter.

This place is really Awesome. There prices are really good and the guy who work there (don’t know his name) is really great. I really appreciate his customer service. Every time, when I go there he welcome me with a really nice way. Whenever I go for exchange or something return, he say no problem I can do it for you. Actually, he is BALD. I wanna give him 5 stars not this place.

A place where you find unbelieving prices, I mean you save about 70% of retail department stores. You find great quality goods and bedding goods.
I seen several factory 2U stores and I believe this location is one of the best organized.
If you have more then one kid you owe it to yourself to check this store.

This store is what nightmares are made of — particularly, the one where kids are running a’muck lord-​of-​the-​flies style with their faces painted up, screaming their heads off, carrying torches, and are VERY hungry. You’re buried in a sacrificial pit up to your neck in cheap unsellable knockoff clothes and factory seconds. You try to fight it but you just sink deeper. All the way to hell.
Place is a complete mess mostly full of douchewear, there’s just junk all over the place and the only people that shop here are families with no less then 5 kids. Had the biggest headache after leaving. Checking out was no picnic, there was one lady ahead of me but she had about 60 items to ring up and paid in one $ 20, a few 5’s and the rest in 1’s. Her kids couldn’t stop running around, tearing the store apart. And baby daddy was sitting on the bench nearby just staring at me for some reason.
The cashier looked like she was ready to blow a gasket and go postal, if she had a tattoo on her forehead it would say «FML». She spent half the time squawking with her gimpy co-​worker about taking a cigarette break instead of working. There are some jobs worse then being unemployed, this appears to be one of them. She was cute, but appeared to have the personality of a dishcloth. Do not want.
Two stars because they have a good selection of converse knock-​offs for $ 8, other then that the place is a disaster just waiting to be torn down.
I will even sweeten this review: For every time you don’t shop here, I will send you $ 40.

The prices were nice, so much clothes and a small section of toys, home décor and gadgets. Service and atmosphere was ok, when I went there was a worker who was keeping merchandise organized. parking was easy, but had to park far away, in this big outlet type mall, it was a bit crowded.
Most of this place is filled with clothes, nice prices. The back has the home décor and gadgets at must-​sell prices. This place is ideal if you need to buy a gift and are on a budget.
