Jose was cool and Dave rescued. the car that failed to restart, thanks so very much for your speedy service. Cost effective for a residential to residential towing. Now the road to repair :) fun stuff!

Went to go get my friends car out of the impound and they offered me an audi for $ 500.00 dollars. Well after them swearing it was only a sensor that was causing the «idle issue» I bought into their lie. Well after picking it up and checking the car I noticed that their «idle issue» is really a blown motor. Now I’m out the $ 500.00 dollars and all they can say is sorry we are not mechanics. They should have been honest and said the car does not have any chance of moving on its own power. These guys are crooks. They burned me for $ 500.00, but I hope that many other people see the crooks that they are. All of these reviews should mean something.

Best experience ever!!! Very courteous and helpful. Prompt response and helped me find a local shop to take my car too. My car died on me on the 5 freeway. Had multiple quoted but they were the cheapest by far! I recommend them.

First off, be warned, the owner is a serious punk. Do not expect to be treated with basic human dignity.
Now I had my car towed by these guys and I had to pick it up from their lot. I took it home and haven’t driven the car in a couple of weeks. I then took my car to get smogged and the technician notices fresh damages under the wheel wells where the car would’ve been hooked and towed. I called Federal Towing to ask for their insurance information. The owner got very rude and said he’s not responsible for anything. He then refused to give the insurance information and went on a rant on me. Now I have to pursue these clowns through the city and through my own insurance carrier for the damages they’ve caused.

I wish I could give them 0. it’s 11 o’clock at night. I am handicap and they don’t care and they towed my car and when she asked for tegistration she hassled me and because she didn’t like my attitude. she told me I could pick my car up in the morning and charge me double and I told her a few choice words sign the paperwork and left they are horrible did I say they were horrible let me tell you how horrible. I think they like playing God and they know they have you in a spot

Only one star because I didn’t have an option for none. The guy there is a complete idiot. They towed my car, when I call he gets mad because I told him I’m going to consult my lawyer. Once he starts cursing at me I tell him to just stop talking let me get my car. Then he curses more so I tell him off. Hen he acted like he was going to fight me when I got there he wouldn’t accept my card with the thought that I would leave and get cash but I called the police and waited full they got there recorded the liar’: conversation. And I paid with my card like I knew I was. He’s the guy with a hunch back you can’t miss him. They are garbage don’t trust them.

I had my rental car towed from my parents’ apartment complex (Somerset Glen Senior Apartments-​La Mirada), even though the visitor’s parking permit was CLEARLY visible on the windshield.
The guy who answered 714−720−2006 (Federal Towing phone #) got nasty when I asked why my car got towed. He said my permit was not displayed on the FRONT windshield — instead, it was displayed on the BACK. Are you kidding me?! I put the permit on the back windshield because that’s the side facing the parking lot, whereas the front of the car was facing shrubbery & fence.
Since I had to return the rental car and catch a plane, I went ahead and met this thief at 524 E. Juliana, Anaheim… and paid him $ 350 CASH! What a racket! He had me sign a documentation form, and on that form, I noticed the «Written Authorization for Vehicle Removal» area was completely blacked out with blank ink. Which brings me to another point…
When I first noticed the car was gone, I contacted the property manager at Somerset Glen Senior Apts, Jennie Carmona, that someone stole my car and I was going to call police. She was adamant that no car was ever stolen from that property, that most likely my car was towed. When I told her I had the proper parking permit displayed on the car, she turned on me! Unbelievable! My parents had heard rumors that she and the towing company are in cahoots, which explains why they blacked out «Written Authorization for Vehicle Removal» on the documentation form.
I’m going to contact the Attorney General’s Office to make sure these crooks are stopped once for all.

Tow companies do kinda suck ass sometimes… the tripple A ones that take too long that is.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. WARNING the owner/​manager of this place is a complete prick that has no respect for customers. He will yell and disrespect you and completely ignore you once you have paid him. Dont trust this place, they will scratch your car and they will trick you into signing your receipt before you can see your car and then they will tell you to take them to small claims in court if you can prove that they damaged your car. Seriously! I still can’t believe how the Owner/​Manager disrespected me.

I will give them one star only because the gentleman who answered the phone on Sunday was nice AT FIRST.
WARNING do not ask more questions then absolutely necessary and try your best to not possible off the guy on the phone. He will turn into an a hole!
He started out ok. Saying «well its Sunday so there’s not much I can do unless you want to pay cash for your car to get out.» Ok no problem I get it but how. much… $ 280? Really? So I just casually said oh do you have a friends and family plan if I can bring you coffee and breakfast? That’s when dick mode turned on and he was like um no sweetheart that’s what it is and if you don’t like it deal! Um really. I told him that was rude and he hung up!
Unprofessional rude and not willing to help!
