Fullerton Inn

It is 4 am and i am packing my stuff to move rooms when i checked in maybe three hours ago after working all day then driving here from san jose because my hotel room has bed bugs. Got here and the place seemed alright. Lots of parking and the office was nice but they dont accept discover card. Fast forward an hour and my boyfriend can’t seem to sleep because hes itchy. I tell him its because the sheets are scratchy and go back to sleep. 20 minutes later and hes bugging me again telling me he’s itchy and it feels like he got bit. Belive it or not i turn the light on and he has two large welts on his neck. We both hop out of bed and find multiple young bed bugs hanging out in bed with us. Not cool. Which brings us to now, our room has been moved and thoughly inspected. We were moved to a jucuzzi suite and hopefully can sleep.

A friend visited me from LA and since I don’t have my own place we were forced to get a hotel. We checked in around 1 pm because of an emergency and didn’t have anywhere else to sleep. As soon as we started falling asleep they started complaining of bug bites. We turned on the lights and saw that their arm, torso, and back were COVERED in bug bites.
We looked around the bed without searching too thoroughly and saw no less than five bugs around the pillows and blankets. At this point my friend was very uncomfortable because the bites seemed very painful.
We gathered our belongings and asked the hotel manager for a refund. We had only been in the room about an hour. The hotel manager only said that the room was very clean and that the bed bugs were not his fault. We offered to take him upstairs to show him the bugs, or show him where my friend was bitten but he refused. I was very upset because I had nowhere else to sleep and now we also had no money and one of us was covered in bug bites. The hotel manager was extremely rude and condescending. Never going to stay here again.
This place is a health hazard.
