I placed an order through their site
on a Tuesday in the a.m. for 1000 biz cards for $ 19 plus tax for will call… declined the PROOF stage to save on time and the $ 5…
I tried calling them later that evening during business hours to see if they had received my order, being that I did not receive a confirmation from Graves as indicated by website shortly after order was places.
No one picked up… called the next day in the a.m. during business hours and again no one picked up…
I called yet again a couple of hours later and finally a guy picks up and doesn’t know what’s going on with my order so he asks if he could have my number and call me back? I said yes and provided him with my info…
He didn’t call me back so I called again and NO PICK UP… what a joke!
I finally gave up and decided to give it another day (mind you, this is going on day 2 for a confirmation email that they received my order).
That night I FINALLY receive an email stating they approved the art work (a step in their production that I had DECLINED!),
Delaying my order for 2 days… mind you the site stated the job would be done in 2 – 3 days… NON SENSE, it took that long JUST TO START PRODUCTION! I needed my biz cards by Monday the latest, I gave them the time the website indicated and then some. To top it off I call on
Friday and some rude guy named Gary answers and gives THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
So let me get this right, they mess up in more ways than one, back my order up for 2 days and they have the nerve to treat me like this?!? WTH?!? The manager should be fired for not training his personnel well enough to be courteous to his clients.
I’d avoid them at all cost and if you must use their services make sure you specify a deadline or suffer the consequences of their falsely advertised 2 – 3 day turnaround time. I’LL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!
