Hair By Olivia

I just had my hair and make up trial done today for my up coming wedding, Olivia was very nice, i really liked what she did with my hair and make-​up simple not too fancy but still pretty. She made sure I was comfortable with what she’s done, and made sure that I like it as well. Thank you Olivia for not only making me pretty but also making feel lpretty.

I’m so glad I found Olivia. My last several hair dressers didn’t get my curly hair… she showed me how to tame it and still embrace the wildness of a curly head. I may not wait so long for my next haircut now that I found someone so close by who can cut my hair.

It’s been over a year since my last haircut but Olivia will always be my go-​to person for hair. This time around I just wanted a trim and I was indecisive about what else to do with my hair. She suggested going for a long-​layered cut which was a great idea. I wore my hair down to work the week after and received many compliments! Thanks again Olivia!

Olivia was awesome! She had a really great sense of what I wanted and just to confirm she had pictures of past clients for me to review to help better solidify the complete color and style concept. I’ve had some pretty horrible experiences in the chair in past so I must admit that I was a bit nervous but after Olivia was done I was so happy with her work. I haven’t been this happy with my hair in years.

Olivia does a great job!!! I had my wedding in October and she did my hair and makeup and also hair for my mom, maid of honor and bridesmaid. Everyone looked amazing. So happy to have found her here on Unilocal.She even traveled to my hotel in Newport beach and got there right on time.

I had my trial for my June wedding and what can I say. She is awesome. I loved her. I just feel bad because I totally forgot to give her a tip with me rushing to get to another appointment I had that same day in Long Beach. I will for sure make it up to her. She is awesome.

Olivia did my hair for my wedding this past march and I was very happy with her work. I have really curly hair and most people don’t know how to deal with it for some reason. She did a wonderful job. It was not frizzy at all and it held up all night. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, especially us curly hair girls.

I found Olivia right here on Unilocal in late 2011 for my July 2012 wedding. As part of my bridesmaids gift I also paid Olivia to do their hair! In the planning process she always answered emails, messages and texts. The thing that made me call her to begin with was another review here on Unilocal that said, ‘she arrived earlier than they had talked about’. I was sold by that line alone. She also understood that I was working with a budget and the hair and makeup people that I kept reading about wanted $ 250.00 for the bride alone! I did not have money to spend like that. I went for my trial at the end of March and Olivia did a perfect job! She also cut my fiancé’s (now husband) hair. She’s the only one who knows how to cut his hair! So on to the wedding day. She arrived at 8am to our hotel room to start everyone’s hair. She stayed until we were almost ready to leave for the venue which was well after noon. Everyone looked great and Olivia fit in perfectly with my group. I feel like she is an old friend of the family that was there to share my special day with us! Everything for our wedding turned out perfectly and Olivia was another part of that blessing! I HIGHLY recommend Olivia! She loves what she does and will bend over backwards to please the bride and to make everyone look their best!
Even though the salon she works at is way out of my way, I will still go and see her. She’s a great artist and just a great person in general. I cannot say enough good things about her! I could actually go on and on! I think you understand what I am saying! If you are looking for a great hair person for your wedding, one word: Olivia!

There is no easier way to say it, then to just shout it out: I’m hooked! Olivia definitely knows her stuff when it comes to hair. I came to Olivia after having been with the same hairdresser I had my entire life (literally). Without knowing who to go to or where to even start, I hopped on many of the deals offered by Groupon, Living Social, etc… The stylists I met were good, but I just didn’t click with any of them. So, through a friend referral, I contacted Olivia and set up an appointment.
My hair had already grown out 2 inches from the last highlight session I had, and it seemed that every time I had my hair done it didn’t even look like I had my hair done! With Olivia, this was quite the opposite. It’s safe to say that I wasn’t just looking to get my hair done, I wanted feedback on what would look good versus not good. Not only did Olivia highlight and cut my hair, but the Root Boost she recommended made all the difference. I very much appreciate honest feedback, and that’s what she doled out. I would highly recommend Olivia, as I know I have just found my new hairdresser!

Olivia did my hair and makeup for my wedding yesterday, as well as for the maid of honor and flower girl. She’s punctual, attentive to our requests, polite, funny and easy to work with. She travelled to Stanton as early as 8 am to prep us up! Her prices are reasonable. We got a lot of compliments for our hair and makeup. Will definitely get her services again in the future.

Olivia is very professional and punctual. She did my hair and make up for my engagement photos. She did a 50’s style pinup. It came out so good. I am also having Olivia do my hair and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding this March. Olivia is very friendly and very attentive to your needs. I love going to get my hair did! She listens to what I want and makes it happen– ten fold of what I can imagine. I trust her completely, and always ask for what she recommends, or tell her to just have fun. It is hard for me to find someone I can trust with my hair. After getting my hair done, its guaranteed that compliments will be coming my way. Olivia works hard at what she does and it shows. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who has hair.

Olivia did my hair and makeup for my wedding this past September. Both turned out exactly how I imagined! I did a dry run with her about a month prior to the wedding and after that there was no doubt in my mind that I wanted to work with her. She was kind, professional, reasonably priced and most importantly was able to help me put together my ‘vision’. She even traveled to Orange to help me and my bridesmaids get ready and I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend Olivia for your wedding hair and makeup needs!

I always give Olivia a challenge with color and she always exceeds my expectations! No matter if I ask for fire engine red or some low lights. She is easy to talk to and is always super helpful with treatments for my dry hair. Highly recommended so much that most of my family uses her as well!

Fantastic service! I have thick, curly, long hair and it’s hard for me to find someone that knows how to work with it. Olivia is able to cut my hair so that I can wear it curly or straight. She has given me great advice for different treatments. She also knows how to blow dry and style it so it looks nice, not like a frizzy mess. (all you girls with curly hair know what I’m talking about) I don’t trust anyone else to cut my hair.

Olivia did my hair for my beach wedding and did an amazing job! I have fine/​thin hair that is VERY unmanageable and never wants to do anything. Olivia not only understood what I wanted for my wedding day, she actually got my hair to curl and stay that way for the entire ceremony and reception. Keep in mind this was mostly on the beach where we had to deal with humidity and some wind. I was so pleased with her work and would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family. Olivia was very professional and really cared about what I wanted and my bridesmaids wanted.
