NEVERRRRAGAIN!!! 1st time experience was horrific. (Service was worst than the still frozen sashimi) My cousin took my brother and myself to go to an all you can eat sushi dinner, only to be served our speedy orders every everlasting 20mins and not to even receive some of the ordered items. I never even received a refill of water! Eventually after not being tended to at the proper restaurant standard of service, especially at their price! my cousin was embarrassed after hosting us for dinner, complained. Only for the manager to say«sorry we’re busy» didn’t even ask what we were waiting on, or if we’d like to order. There was no service, compensation, or respect, not only as a customer but as a human being. Non authentic Sushi Spend your last dollar at McDonalds before dropping a penny in this hole in the wall

All I got to say is this place stays whack or maybe it’s bc of the punkass so called«bartender» You’ve been there half of your life hawking on little boys. Either learn to make basic drinks properly or simply retire

When I usually go to an all you can eat sushi I’m disappointed, however this wasn’t the case with Hashigo. Sushi was awesome, environment was fun and the employees were very friendly. By the way it is NOT closed, they are changing the name to HOSHI.

Nice place, chill ambience, stylish seating clean bathrooms, what else could a girl wandering around the town of Fullerton wish for? Well lemme tell you… I ordered the chirashi bowl, it came with stick crab(fake crab) and tamago(sweet egg) seared albacore(did not pass my sniff test) maguro, salmon, himachi and no nori. My wish? I would wish for a chirashi bowl of fresh, raw, fish. I guess 2 out of 3 isn’t bad. My significant other ordered the roll special. The rolls were very fresh, well wrapped(it didn’t crumble on the way from the plate to your mouth. bonus!) and the report back was that they were delicious. Similar to the other reports, service was a tiny bit slow — however, we did come during the lunch rush so that was taken into account. We also noticed that there is a notice of ownership change on the window so… stay tuned for more updates~~

Best AYCE I’ve had in a while. The jalapeño pure in the albacore was a perfect touch!

Came here with my family on a Thursday night for some sushi. The food was alright, not bad. But my real complaint here is with the service. My dad’s a pretty patient guy, but even he got irritated with how horrible the service was. I basically had to get up and drag over someone to take our order, deliver our food, and bring us our check. It was horribly irritating and frustrating. I’m pretty sure they hire girls on how mediocre their work habits are, because the service was straight up slow. You might even call it non-existent. The girls just walk around and gab to each other. Smdh x___x It’s pretty close to my house, but I’m not coming back here again. If you wanna wait forever and end up eating nothing because of how slow everything comes out, then come here. If you want good sushi and good service, go someplace else. This place is a mess.

Friend and I came in here for happy hour and we immediately got hooked on to the plum wine. It’s little too sweet so we asked for glass of ice to water it down a little. Server/waitress was very friendly and helped us out with suggestions and great customer service.

Tried this place out, decent sushi rolls. Taste ok. But they are really skimpy on the fish. Rolls are normal size, but the fish on the roll is non exisitant. Worries me that they are cheap on the fish portions, makes me wonder if they are cutting corners in other places too. Your milage may vary.

My BSCR was horrible I only ate like 3 pieces and friend had a piece Firstly it came out later than our other rolls and was barely warm/saw it sitting out ready for like 5 minutes It had a whole bunch of creamy sauce on top/tasteless and too mushy The crunch roll was normal and caterpillar roll was fine. Came here because it was after the gym and a friend always comes here.

Beautiful interior, great service and delicious yellow tail sushi! Be sure to come in for happy hour which I believe is 3−5pm. They also show the games on a TV above the bar.

I love their crab salad. It is best salad i ever had! Also sashimi is fresh and okay… It is near by my mother’s work place. You can enjoy it :) Their rolls have a lot of sort of fish, i think it is nice place to hang out with friends :))))

Great ambiance :) Got the bento box. The salad had good dressing with a kick of spice to it. The miso soup was good but no tofu cubes and it was a smaller portion than most restaurants. The tempura is on point! The beef teriyaki is awesome. And the ca roll is well made Overall quality over quantity *thumbs up*

Stopped in for lunch today on a whim because we were next door at the Barnes and Noble. First(and last) time visiting this dump. First impression was bad. The décor was terribly dated. The couches looked like they were rejects salvaged from an early-90s bar that went out of business. The seats were dingy and had ugly patches all over them. In addition, the restaurant smelled like fish. Rotten fish. I have been to many sushi restaurants and this is the first one that actually stank. Makes me concerned that they aren’t using fresh ingredients. We should have left, but we didn’t. We ordered the seaweed salad. It was tasty. A little overpriced, but the best part of the meal. We also ordered vegetable rolls. They were skimpy on the avocado and instead stuffed it full of lettuce. Who puts lettuce in a vegetable roll? Again, I go to sushi restaurants a lot and have never been served lettuce in a vegetable roll. The lettuce wasn’t even fresh. It was wilted and turning brown. To top it off, the plate it was on was dirty. In the corners, you could see that the plate hadn’t been cleaned properly. My husband said it looked like caked-on grease. We ordered Stellas to wash it down. They served us the beers without glasses. Sure, I drink beer from the bottle at home, but at a restaurant, I expect a glass. In all, it was a dirty, stinky mess of a restaurant.

I was very disappointed at this sushi bar. The only thing good about it was the option for all you can eat, but even that had too many restrictions. One of them was for every piece of sushi you could not finish they would charge you an extra $ 1. The second bad thing was you could only order one at a time, I found myself waiting several minutes to have the next sushi roll in front of me. The main issue I had with this place is the service. I asked 5 times throughout dinner to have my water refilled. At first I thought maybe the waiter was just new, later I noticed the waiter was serving every other table except for mine. She would walk around refilling water and skip my table. This was an Asian business and my table was the only non asain table in the place. By the end of the dinner I felt as if my server did not pay attention to us just based off the fact I was white. Summary I would not go to this place again!

This is a late review as I haven’t eaten there in awhile. This is why. I went with my cousin many months ago and there weren’t many people there so I thought eh, service would be good. There are at least two waiters/waitresses and when we got our first round of fountain drinks, no one bothered to check up on us or even make sure our glasses were filled. We had to keep calling the waitress over whenever she’d be in sight. When she’d take our request to get a refill, it’d take forever to get one. Seriously, that slow with two waitresses in the restaurant! There was a party of two at another table and a party of four at another besides us, that was it. Terrible! Then there’s the fish. The fish wasn’t that fresh at all. The salmon was not a bright orange it was like a faded darker orange. It didn’t melt in my mouth like most places, even the one with below 4 star reviews have. Then the mackerel. OMG I took a bite into a piece and I swear it was so rotten and bitter I had to spit it out. This is why I got upset it was a time my drink was empty and the waitress took forever to bring me the refill. The rest of the night the bad rotten fish taste was in my mouth until I finally went home to wash my mouth off twice with listerine and toothpaste. Definitely not worth the arm and a leg they charge for all you can eat sushi. This place is another example of trying too hard to look cool and provide a modern atmosphere to attract youngins and actually get true good quality food and HAVEGOODSERVICE! God, I don’t know why places get away with such bad service and quality for so long! Just cuz the waitress is pretty doesn’t mean I’ll excuse everything!!!

Udon & Sushi for our Father and son day. It was very quiet when we got their, we were the only ones on a Sunday at noon. They had flat screen all over the place playing football games, i like that. I looked over the lunch menu and told the waitress I would like to order something for my son before anything else. i told her i was looking for a ramen or udon dish that was not spicy. She directed me to the Tempura Udon. It was the only non-spicy ramen or udon they had. Sold! I made it a combo and add a spicy tuna roll. The broth was just okay. In fact the whole soup was just okay, nothing special. The Spicy tuna roll was also just okay. For me, i got the Sushi /Sashimi lunch special. It came with miso soup and a salad. The miso soup was not good. It was lacking in flavor for a miso soup. The salad on the other hand was very good. It was a nice sized bowl with a miso vinaigrette. Delicious! I got 7 pcs of sushi(nigiri) The best of the lot was the salmon and yellowtail. Everything else was just, Yes I know, I’m repeating myself, but it was just okay. 4 pcs of sashimi were all good. It also had 2 pcs of tamago(egg) and that was very very good. The Ice tea I ordered was very watered down Service was just again okay. No refills were offered for the ice tea. Price wise, it was okay to a bit high for the quality of sushi they had. They offer AYCE sushi, but for the price they were charging and the quality of their sushi, I’d go somewhere else. Would I go back, probably not. There are other better options than Hashigo Sushi.

I came here once on a Saturday around noon and on a Friday night. Each time I had the AYCE and the rolls were amazing. Highly recommend the Superman Roll and TNT rolls. Their miso soup is also pretty good. What I really enjoy about this place is the seating. The couches and décor are relaxing with a subtle asian pizazz to it. I also like the fact that they have a full bar. As far as their service they are pretty slow especially when it’s busy but that’s the benefit of having the bar there ;)

Cool seating area with TVs, a bar, outdoor seating, and lounge tables. Went on a Thursday evening for dinner with friends, nice environment! The food is tasty but I was really disappointed with the AYCE because it didn’t include 2 out of the 3 specialty rolls I wanted :(they still have a pretty large menu. We got a free appetizer with a Unilocal review, we got baked mussels which were really yummy and spicy. Also they provided an apple peanut butter dessert… I’m American so I love pb :)
