I usually have a bad experience at this store especially with customer service, however today was a really good experience surprisingly. I walked into the store looking for a new wireless router and started my search. I walked around for about 5 minutes looking for the router. I then arrived to the router area and within about 3 minutes a sales associate approached me and assisted me. He was very knowledgeable and such good customer service skills. I finally chose the router I wanted and was very happy with the outcome. Thank you Jeffrey for the assistance.

My husband and I went to hhgregg to buy a fridge for our new home with a newly renovated kitchen. When setting up delivery, I expressed how important it was for us to have it delivered by Thursday. (We went in on the Saturday before.) The manager said it wouldn’t be a problem and we would get a call the day before to schedule the delivery time. I waited until Wednesday evening to call to schedule time since no one had called. I was told they had until 9pm to call. Nothing. Thursday morning I called and I was told that the manager put the wrong code in and it wouldn’t be delivered until Friday. I was very upset and was told there was nothing that could be done. Friday comes and the fridge was delivered and upon bringing it in, they cracked one of my brand new tiles. I called the company and was told to call the delivery center which I did. I spoke to I believe Mike. I told him it clearly states in the manual to place something on the floor while placing to protect the floor. I was talked to like I was lying and he said he would call me back after he spoke to the drivers. I waited for the call and nothing. I called back and nothing… emailed, filled out a survey… NOTHING.

My 1^st time in a HH Gregg was today. The guy that helped me was very good, not pushy, showed me what TV’s I asked him to, but they didn’t have it in stock — Boo to U. Hello Best Buy.
If you have TV’s for sale this time of year (Super Bowl), U better have em in stock. No I do not want to order one & come back tomorrow — I’m here now.
