If customer service is important to you then this is the place you should go. The guy who owns it is really nice, always going the extra mile to make your life easier. An example: I had to return some shoes to Zappos. They had come in two boxes, so I printed out the return label twice. Turns out you can’t do that — use the same label on two boxes. BUT all the shoes wouldn’t fit in one box. So, I could have bought a larger box for around $ 7, which at that point I was totally ready to do, but no. He goes to town on this thing, like a giant game of jenga, and finally manages to fit them all in! Tapes it up all nice and tight, slaps the label on and I’m good to go. Here’s the thing: I would bet cash money that if I had been at Office Depot our someplace like that they would have just thrown up their hands and told me I was out of luck. And that’s why I will always go to International Mailbox.

This place is top notch and has all your needs for shipping. I had to send out a golf pull cart and the guy wrapped it perfectly and even gave me a discount. I’m headed back again for a rug I need to send and I’m sure it’ll be wrapped well again

I know, this seems like an odd thing to review. But if you have ever had to send a package overnight, or needed materials for packing things up, and had to deal with all the crappy shipping offices out there, then you will appreciate this.
This business is awesome. It was my first time there and it is just down the street from where I work. Easy parking, no line, and the guy working there (owner?) was pleasant and very helpful. I even got a discount on the FedEx fee! I have no idea why I haven’t come here sooner, but I highly recommend using this location if you are in the CSUF area and need to ship something via FedEx, UPS, or whatever.
