Kennedy Bros Towing

I only called this company because of the 5-​star reviews from other Unilocalers. I also chose to call Kennedy Bros because I had a flat in Fullerton, and their address seemed the closest to me. I figured they would have the quickest response time. I ended up waiting for almost 2 hours, and was sent a driver from B & A Towing. Had I known someone from B & A was coming to my «rescue», i would not have used these services. Reviews on Unilocal for B & A towing are far from great. The ladies at Kennedy Bros were polite and respectful, but ultimately they are not the ones who service my car. I was also given an estimate of $ 80, but was charged $ 160 for a 10-​minute tire change. I understand an estimate is by no means set in stone, but for the total to be double accompanied by a 2 hour wait? That is hard to swallow.

Called these guys and they had someone to help me quickly! Very nice and friendly. Had a cool conversation with the driver on the way back! Would definitely recommend if you need a tow.

Fast quick and friendly is the best way to describe these guys… great service during a not so great moment with my car issues. They definitely made my unpleasant night alot smoother… thanks for the help!

AN AMAZING TOWING PLACE! Our car had a problem and Joel came very quickly and fixed our car instantly! try to get Joel! He is an amazing guy and you will be satisfied with what you pay for!

On a sunday night i had to wait about 40 minutes. Once the guy, Yoel, showed up he took care of everything. Got me home quickly. Even manage to get my car in to its spot on the drive way. Not a bad experience for my first towing.

These guys were awesome. I had called another towing service and they said they’d be there in thirty minutes an hour and 30 minutes later I called and cancelled with them and called these guys. He said they’d be here in thirty minutes and they actually were! The driver was very quick and courteous. I really appreciated the service here.

Great and very fast response. A great tech came out by the name of joel, very friendly and great customer service skills. Great pricing too for the convenience that came with the service. It was my first time using their service and my insurance company had screwed me over when I asked for their help. Overall great and fast service and now I can get back to my work
