KFC

Rude service. Manager is Yazmin and she’s not very accommodating esp when her staff made a mistake on our order. Ordered the $ 5 fill up. The chicken is so small compared to the regular order of chicken. I don’t recommend it, it’s a waste of money. You can eat the chicken with one bite! We haven’t had kfc for more than 6 months and it was terrible. Not coming back to this location.

drive through customer service was rude and rushed. i paused for a second to deicide on a drink and the girl named «hassly» interrupted me and shouted «what? what do you want!?» i just wanted a medium sierra mist, if itsn’t such a hassle.

10pm on a Thursday. Neon signs say «open» and «drive thru open». Several cars at drive through with no service. Sign on door says open until 11 but doors locked. Lady inside ignores me.
Oh well.

My first visit to this store was disappointing. They had actually run out of breast meat. The kid serving the food was apologetic and offered to put extra thighs in my order. The second time, part of my order was omitted. I had hungry grandson’s to feed. Upon returning to retrieve the rest of my order, I was made to feel like I was trying to cheat them out of extra food! The third (yes I did it again), and last visit happened yesterday. In a hurry to complete my errands, I ordered at the drive thru, got home and began to eat. The chicken strip was chewy. So I looked at the piece I had bitten from… it was pink! I’ll edit out my initial reaction to that reality. I tried to call the number on my receipt my call was sent to a voice mail at a different number. I wound up at the store. I was told the general manager had the calls sent to their personal cell phone. And ignored the calls! The on site manager tried to have me accept that all white meat cooked up pink. I said no, no and no. She curtly returned my money and I was left sick, hungry and behind time to get errands completed. Bad service. Bad food. I won’t return.

Usually I enjoy KFC but this time was bad. Almost half hour in drive thru and when I Canali got to the window they didn’t even have record of my order. The food was really bad too, extra greasy and more gravy than potatoes.

We came in around 9:50 to order. There was a group of people eating in the dining room and a giant group that had just ordered. The worker told us to leave and go through the drive through because «the dining room was closed» although there was 10 minutes left. We didn’t mind going through the drive thru, the worker was just so incredibly rude and we saw her spatting off about us as we left. Awesome service. Also, the rude worker said «I found some and used the last chicken from the bottom»
So who knows how long this chicken has been sitting there. Yum!

Tried the drive though but they were out of chicken. I guess that somebody wanted to go home early tonight.

Great service. we had a large order and they got it all correct. Very nice staff and always good food.

Service was fine. They did not have any popcorn chicken nuggets or chicken little sandwiches. Please don’t advertise if you’re not going to have enough supply. Or at least post a sign on the drive-​thru menu that you’re temporarily sold out. Thank you!

HORRIBLE! Correct me if I am wrong, but KFC’s main product is chicken, am I right? Well, my husband just headed out to get us some dinner at 9 p.m. KFC closes at 11 p.m. so no problem, right??? Nope. They had exactly ONE piece of chicken left. My husband ordered two extra crispy meals and was told, «We don’t have any chicken.» The girl in the drive thru also said that she just got back from break. How is that our problem? She also didn’t offer to make any chicken. What a joke. Will be contacting headquarters as well. But, I doubt they care since they are franchised.

There were no customer at there. I ordered a cup of diet Pepsi, and then the girl gave me a regular Pepsi. The wings are not tasty at all… They are just cooked, not raw. That’s it.

I’m sorry but this location is horrible! The girls didn’t know what they were doing. How can u out of chicken tenders while you’re the chicken place? And, no offense, but they didn’t know how to speak English well. Come on, KFC!

There’s never anyone in here, yet the service is super slow. We were told to wait at least 3 minutes at the drive-​thru for the worker to get ready before taking our orders. There was only 1 car in front of us and afterwards, I looked through the window and there was only 1 table seated inside… =.=
Additionally, I had ordered a cup of water which did not come with our order. They didn’t even give us any napkins! I’d checked in on Unilocal which gives you a free soda and wanted to tell the girl at the window, but she just gave us our food, shut the window quickly, and left so I couldn’t even ask her for the check-​in soda.
Overall, I will not come here again unless I am desperate for KFC. The only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because the food is decently cooked (not dry) and I actually love fried chicken.

What happened to this place? I used to come here with my brother whenever he came home from college. But I went back here recently and was disappointed in their quality of food.
I’m not a fried chicken expert, but there are definitely places with more flavor and variety.
The place hotter inside than outside… Seems like they were unwilling to turn on the AC. But at least it was clean and the service was alright.

I decided to give this KFC location another shot as my wife wanted some fried chicken and beer. This location definitely does a poor job of training their staff, for cooking their food to KFC standards and the service is horrible.
I ordered a 12-​piece chicken only bucket, and the gal ringing me up charged me an extra $ 1.49 per breast even when the ad on the menu board clearly allowed for substitutions. My wife paid it and did a double-​check and when their manager on duty asked me what we ordered and we had to tell her from scratch what we ordered for her to put the right amount of the pieces in there and what pieces, I lost it. I didn’t want to talk to anyone there. I had my wife take care of it. The manager then proceeded to ask for my debit card to void out the last transaction and then rang me up again for the correct pricing. The person who originally rang us up did not apologize and was just talking to two other co-​workers about her mistake and just looking at us. I was like… what the heck… just had to apologize and try to be proactive in resolving the issue. We just wanted a bucket of chicken and go home, but we spent 30 minutes resolving an issue that shouldn’t have taken place from the get go. KFC corporate definitely needs to review what’s going on at this location and from the manager to the rest of the staff, they need to retrain them all in customer service as well as the food, because the batter is bland and flavorless.

Came Here with the family around 6pm. No rush it was not busy. BUT the restaurant was filthy, disgusting! There where no clean tables, had to clean the table off for my family and the seats! And in this 100 degree weather they had the AC off!!! This location didnt even have blinds or shutter for the windows. It was soooo hot in there we where all sweaty !! I had to ask if they can turn on the AC. This location is just horrible and dirty and run down !! Tottaly ruined our appetite!!!

I was glad that this location was so close to our house. I had to repeat my order three times. Then they repeated the order to me at the window and I got home and realized they forgot the biscuits.
They repeated it back to me. Just never charged me or put it in the bag. Tell me why I requested honey for no biscuits. You can’t say you never knew I ordered them bc you repeated it back not just once to me. Maybe the last min request for honey would trigger your memory and you mistake.
It was also my mistake not checking the receipt. I just assumed that if they told me it was there multiple times, then it was there. I guess I gave them too much credit.
Just like most other drive thrus, check your order before leaving. I will if I come here again.

I went to this KFC in Fullerton near the college campus. I order a three piece all white crispy. My order came out with a only two pieces, they brought a third piece of dark, exchanged that for another beast. When I finally started to eat, the chicken was soooo dry I had to return it to the manager. She look at me as if I was trying to get over for free chicken. I was so upset at her reaction, I left the chicken and refused her refund offer. I paid with good money and received BAD CHICKEN, thanks again KFC. At this rate you should be out of business in the very near future. No more donations from me I will be going to POPEYE’S from now on.

I am not really into fast food. I rarely eat at those places. Sometimes, you need something quick. I stopped by this place on my way to the freeway and soon regretted it.
First, I had a hard time ordering. The young lady was sweet but not very proficient. Then, my order was incorrect. Next, the chicken did not seem very fresh. It was very hard and seemed old. Finally, I discovered that I was not charged correctly.
I was not happy and probably would not return.

For a KFC fast food restaurant, it doesn’t really get any better then this. Unlike most of these other reviews, I find it hard to really read that deep into the food and service. Considering its a spot to get some fast cheap food — I really wouldn’t expect perfection nor top of the line stuff (despite what they may say)…
This location is clean, well kept, and the female manager chick is real cool. The chick employees are amazing though… The food always comes out good, and their sides have never let me down… Some strange characters tend to be attracted to this place (I guess since pieology kicks them out). So sometimes it seems to be a hot spot for bums and crazies to hang around and freeload. But I try to get food to go for the most part so I never deal. Enjoy some chicken and come eat it here.
