If I could give this place no stars I would, and these idiots want $ 15 an hour to f’up a simple order, give shitty customer service and rude to the customers. I stopped by tonight after my sons show and order dinner since it was already 7:30 when my sons show was over. Time stamp on the receipt said 7:49(time of payment) I order a t6 which was correct, a k1 that was correct, and a k12(chicken tenders and pop corn chicken. Was never asked which sides I’d like(other kfc asked this) and was prompted to come to the window with a rude attitude. Once at the window I completed my order by telling him what I wanted, again with the attitude. Get home find out I didn’t get my popcorn chicken. Tried calling the number on receipt(same as Unilocal) and it’s a fax number. Really you guys know you f’up so much you have to put a fax number so people don’t chew your ass out? You have a brain less job, that gets a brainless pay. You don’t deserve $ 15 an hour to f’up someone’s order. I work construction so much of my lunch’s are on the go and once in while I’ll get a bad order but tonight took the cake. I hope this spot shuts down. Garardo is the one with a rude ass attitude. Someone needs to put a foot in this dudes ass.

Why is this place still on business people!!! Seriously the owner of this place should pay more attention to their business or just close it DOWN. Horrible customer service I don’t know why they are working there if they hate their job so much second they don’t even try to make the food good. Horrible customer service at the drive thru window. If you hate your job, please do everyone a favor and quit. I told the guy working that life is short and he should be happy. I also asked him for extra honey and he hands me 3. I was like ummm I asked for extra and you gave me three. Please quit, buddy. Thanks.

This KFC should seriously make their menu larger or move forward. Everyone is leaning forward at the counter to read their small text on the menu. Not comfortable about the service either. Made two order, first guy is fine, the second guy has a «bad mouth» and keeps commenting about my question on the items(because no one can see them on the menu). Staff should be trained. Menu should be moved/revised.

Need to learn how to count? Bought a 14 piece meal just to find out that they only put 11 in the bucket. Yes they replace the missing pieces but you have to go back to the store and it is extremely inconvenient when the whole point of going to the drive thru is for convenience. Hey guys, please count your pieces before you hand them over to your customers!!! It is extremely annoying to go back in the rain!!!

Bummer, spent about $ 34 and didn’t even get what I wanted, Missing 4 biscuits, gave me legs instead of thighs, food wasn’t even that hot. Then I went in the next day to let them know since I was down the street and the guy there kind of shrugged it off like it was no big deal, Now I know it’s really not that big of a deal compared to all the crazy things that are going on out in the world but come on brother, where’s the customer service??? Customer service is one of the most important components to running a business. out of touch.

Depending on what you order, it may take a while longer for them to cook /heat certain items. It always happens when my mom order KFC for dinner on saturdays, as its either grilled or original recipe chicken. Today took them awhile to heat up 2 apple turnovers.

Yikes! Not a whole lot of choices for soda! All napkin dispensers EMPTY as much as the place was(nearly) empty. They need blinds at this location BADLY as the sun bursts in through all of the windows! Wedges were soggy as if they were cooked a while ago and let to rest under the heating lamps. I don’t know if I would recommend this place. I would probably eat here again if it were the last place on earth!

WHITEMEATBITCH!!! I dont normally do writeups about Fast Food joints but Im doing so due to the lousy service i rcvd from CASS. I order a meal to dine in but she gave it to me in a bag — when i stated that i order it to eat inside she flippantly said we have no trays — while there was a whole stack of trays behind her plus she didnt even give me a plate to eat on and she just walked away with an attitude. I opened my box and the order was wrong — white meat bitch! i said white meat twice — not dark! — and you can tell the food was thrown in as the plastic lid from the corn was open and the corn was all over the box. I complained again but she just gave me more of that«min wage» attitude with a stupid smurk on her face. I’m just glad theirs a Micky D next door

Taco bell and KFC have always been overpriced. For one that lives near Del Taco and Church’s/Pop Eyes(and even Long John Silver’s), the only thing that warrants a visit to these two places is an absolute craving for something particular. When I do get that craving, however, the results are always what I want. This location, in particular, is clean. The service is what you’d expect– bored and normal. I grew up in this place, so I visited this infrastructure quite often. Despite the double availability in one building, it was always one or the other with me. The drive through is as it should be. They seldom get the order wrong. Unless you’re a student, the main con is that it’s relatively busy during the after school hours. Oh yeah, and during the day time it can get pretty sunny inside, so if you don’t like the visual flare, then you might want to wear sunglasses on sunny days. It’s right across a McDonalds too, so, you know… pretty awesome triple thing happening over here.

When there are cars in front of you in the drive-thru, even when you are 2 feet away from the intercom, someone’s already asking you what you want to order, funny. Hold on lady, don’t rush me. Great food, excellent customer service.

Maria who gave me a call back about my missing chicken piece, apologized and ask me to return. Jose, the manager on shift when I returned, was very professional in dealing with the incident and was more than accommodating and personally assisted me. He presented superior customer service and I will always go to this location from now. It’s the closest to me now. The KFC on Beach and Orangethorpe closed a few months ago.

So it hit. Once in a while you just get a craving. It’s almost as if they put something addictive in their food. It’s probably MSG or something. We got the family meal deal with like 16 pieces of chicken(legs and thighs) and 3 sides and biscuits. On the good side, everything was piping hot and came out right away. It must’ve just been good timing. On the negative, you have to remember to ask for plates, napkins, and utensils. I would think it’s common sense but maybe its a good way to cut costs by not offering it up front and only giving those things to people who ask. Either way, it’s bad customer service. A guy going through drive through ordering a 16 piece meal deal needs plates man. I mean come on, that should be automatic.

We’re always getting coupons for KFC — this one was for 12pc legs/thighs with 3 large sides, 6 biscuits and a free chocolate cake for $ 20.00. We went inside to order since we had the coupon and weren’t sure if the drive thru staff could handle it. It was about 5 minutes wait to order and then about 10 minutes to get the order. We had to remind the guy to give us the chocolate cake, but other than that, everything was there. From reading the other reviews of this location, we got off easy! So if you go to this KFC1) go inside, don’t use the drive thru and 2) check your order before you leave.
