Been shopping here since Jam. 2015. So far they have been great Kyle is very helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me a heads up on pool sweep upcoming sales event. No complaints.

I’ve been using Noble’s Pool & Spa for over ten years now. I have had two homes that they serviced for me and I also refer them to my clients. They have always treated me well and my clients have been very happy with the service. I don’t think anyone in the business knows more about pools than Bill Noble. After reading the reviews I see that they have some negative comments and mostly about customer service. I will admit they don’t apply the«Ragging Fans» method of customer service. If you expect to doted over this is not the place for you. If you want straight talk, excellent product and service knowledge and fair prices then this is the place to go. They also have a fully stocked shop in Fullerton to pick up parts and water toys.

Unbelievable Kyle… You essentially waited 1 full year to comment on my review. Did you think I would forget what actually happened? I’m extremely disappointed that you would distort and lie about the actual events not to mention being sneaky about it posting your comments one year later. Your father Bill never gave me a new estimate after viewing the damage. He assured me it was a simple fix. He cut into my pvc pipes, started the work, threw my valve away and replaced it, then informed of the new estimate and exaggerated damage. The new invoice was 3 times the agreed estimate and Bill informed me that he would discount the invoice and send it via mail due to the glue spill. Also you mentioned I complained about a few drops of glue. It was more a lot more than that buddy where another construction contractor commented on the mess. There are still blue glue drops on parts of my heater, white pvc pipes, the valve cover that had been severely scraped and not replaced and on my concrete floor. In terms of the invoice not being paid for over 30 days, do you not remember me calling because you did not send me the invoice. Bill never discounted the invoice as promised which led to me arguing with him for the agreed discount and holding him accountable. Ridiculous… You guys are terrible and I think the negative reviews you are receiving speaks for itself…

After waiting 3 weeks for another pool store by my house, to fix my pool sweep, I decided to take it to nobles only to be asked if they Even opened it to see what’s wrong??? I said they had to because they told me it was the«power module«it would cost 179.00. So I went to Kyle Noble and he ordered me one for $ 172.00. To make a long story short, The pool sweep had never even been opened to see what the problem was! Kyle got me the part in 2 working days, opened up my pool sweep and discovered all it was was loose bearings, he tightened them and my pool sweep was fine. NOCHARGE! Saved me $ 172.00. Guess sometimes it pays to go a little out of your way. !! Thank you Kyle Noble!

Bill needs to be nice to his employees! I walked into the store to the sound of his voice berating an employee. It was so embarrassing I left the store. Decided to check reviews on Unilocal and found he isn’t only rude to his employees but customers too!

I have been using Noble’s for many years, they have a turnover in people and I guess that it’s the nature of their business. I have always found them to be very helpful and have always solved my concerns. I am on a weekly plan with them and my pool always looks inviting. If Bill is not in ask for Kyle, his son, they will solve the problem for you.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. I try to support local businesses and have been a PATIENT customer for several years, but no more. Bill Noble is very rude to customers and his motto is «the customer is always wrong». If you want to be spoken to rudely, have your calls ignored, treated poorly and pay too much, then you will love Nobles Pool and Spa. I cannot recommend them and will be looking for a new pool service.

This place is great! Wether you are coming in for pool supplies, advice, or need home service; this place offers the whole 9 yards. The test your water for free too! Much better than Leslie’s. Labor prices are also comparable with Leslie’s. Great people here too!

Noble’s(Bill) was my pool service company for over 9 years until recently I changed companies because of poor service and some repair fees. After I changed companies Noble’s(Bill) sent me a statement saying that I owe $ 46 for service that was never done. I let Noble’s know about this error and now he sent me to collection for $ 46 after all these years. I would not recommend this company because of service, costs, and not being honorable.

After dealing with this company for many years I am through with Noble! The owner or manager Bill needs to learn what customer service is and return calls in a timely manner. This all started about a month ago with a simple service call to get our pool pump cleaned and serviced. We asked for an appointment got it scheduled for Friday 5÷10÷2013 between 7 — 10 am but the tech never showed up called to find out that they were short staffed do to an injury. Okay I understand that called back next week and got told that they can not make it because they are catching back up from the week before. Then I asked the manager Bill when do they think they have time yes the next week we could I told him Thursday 5÷23÷2013 in the morning would be best! That morning we get a call at 12 noon we can not make it we have another injury with the staff! After this i thought I hope this is not another excuse by them because they are under staffed or they just dropped me! Then I asked when can you do it then? I do not know I’ll call you after the holiday! On 5÷30÷2013 called to get our pool serviced for the 3rd time and left message no call back! Then I went into store physically to ask when I could get service and have yellow algae problem and could they send a tech out to get it taken care of they told me the earliest they could would be 6÷11÷2013 because they are backed up with calls. I am getting very tired by now with all there excuses but I make the appointment. Wow a tech finally showed up but the tech took a look at me pool and wanted to check the water, he did and came back and told me what needed to happen. I agreed and he said he would be back the next day to drain the pool half way, then we are to fill it and have us treat pool for them to come back on Friday 6÷14÷2013. What happened couldn’t make it that day. after waiting for 2 more days no call. I then went into the store location and found a service person who look like a deer in headlight and asked for a service call and I have been dealing with this for over 4 weeks and need to take care of it because I have done all of the things they wanted us to do but still no tech out and they said there will be at my home 6/20.2013 between 7 — 11 am but after a no show I called Noble and got voice mail asked them to call back but after 1.5 hours I called back and got a hold of BILL and told him I was very upset that the tech didn’t come and wanted to know why they couldn’t call back to tell me when they would be because they promised in the morning! BILL yelled back at me that I asked for them to be there at 1 pm! I then told BILL no that was for the week before not what I was told when I came in.

I am confident that this company is reputable and knows what they are doing, but I just got a bill on a Jandy Aquapure Sensor that they installed and the price was $ 387.85! The price of this part is $ 179.00-$ 199.00! That is almost a $ 200.00 difference!!! A definate case of Unilocal!!!
