Papa John’s Pizza

The reason im giving this place a 3 stars is because it was a little off. My family and I decided to order pizza for a birthday gathering we were having. I think there was some type of vegan pizza without cheese we ordered just to try (my aunt is a vegan so we decided to try!). We also got one cheese and a veggie pizza. If we wouldn’t have picked the pizza up it would have NEVER came. When we got the pizza it was a little cold so we had to heat up the pizza which is a little hard with 12 people breathing down your back hungry since the pizza took so long. Otherwise the pizza was good just make sure you order ahead of time and your ready to pick your pizza up.

Based off of the two visits I’ve had here, I am fairly happy with my service. I was greeted with a friendly tone and was provided with quality service.
I had my food ready in approximately 15 minutes and was satisfied with the new deals Papa John’s has to offer.
Not sure why the ratings here are so low, but I had great service the two times I’ve been here.

I should have checked these Unilocal reviews before ordering.
I told the kid on the phone that I wanted crushed red pepper in the packets. I then asked for more garlic butter and he said he would have to charge me .82 cents… really?
Our order comes and there is one pepperchini in the box. The kid delivering said that was what he was told was to put one. but he did offer to bring the red peppers.
I paid close to $ 23.00 for pizza that had sporadic pepperoni and very little cheese.
I guess when you’re young and getting paid minimum wage, I guess I’d have no work ethic either.

So my boss just canceled a order from papa johns and i ask the guy (delivery guy was cool) what yoi gonna do with the pizza?

So fyi: if you get pizza from Papa Johns and its not not a gooey, its probably from another persons order and a RESALE.
Amazing a company is still in business who RESALES PIZZA. I didnt know they were a auction house.

Ordered a pizza online and it took over an hour and a half for them to deliver it when the expected delivery was 45 minutes. Turns out they accidentally brought the pizza to the wrong house. They apologized but failed to give us the free pizza card they promised and our pizza was cold. Never ordering here again.

Good, quality and fast service! Clean store and courteous employees. What more could you ask for? Oh, and the fudge brownies are the bomb!

I ordered on line, my pizza came late… I talked to Alex, he fixed the situation perfectly!!! Thank you I am a fan forever!!!

I tried Papa John’s for the first time. I ordered it online. There was a coupon for a large pizza with 3 toppings that I was able to use for $ 9.99 for takeout. I thought their website could be a bit more intuitive but that could just be me.
When I went to pick-​up the lady behind the counter was really nice. She even gave me paper plates and crushed chili peppers. Score.
The pizza itself appeared to have fresh ingredients, and it seemed as if it had been made from scratch. I had asked for light cheese and 3 toppings and that’s what I got. I think I got a good value for what I paid.

ordered a large pizza for takeout which was about 16bucks. i usually get my pizza from dominos because its alot cheaper, but i decided to try ppj in hopes of it tasting a little bit more rich in quality. when i opened the box, it looked alot like a medium sized pizza, so i checked the size and a large was 16 inch. plus the quality was not much more better than dominos pizza. i also bought a little garlic sauce on the side for 75cents which they charge for, but the sauce was half frozen when i got home and opened it. my advice? just get dominos and pay 13 bucks and get 2 of those medium sized pizzas rather than paying 16 and getting one of those large wanna be medium pizza

Employees are really nice & pretty (: excellent service! & they actually give you napkins unlike other restaurants.

I’m surprised with all the negative reviews? This was my first experience with this papa johns and they deserve more then 5 stars!!! I was expecting to wait an hour or more, I understand its Saturday and I only ordered one pizza. The guy was at my doorstep in 20 min!!! Great service!!! I tipped him well! Pizza taste good! Will order again!

All papa johns suck! I ordered a large with everything! It came with the least amount of toppings I’ve ever seen!!! When I called to complain? Oh it’s all measured it advance! Then I see this fool whose owner paying a football player who doesn’t care about the quality! He gets paid to give the same line of bull! This chain is crap!!!

This Papa Johns is good, it’s close to my apartment so we order to pick up here. The employees and the good are what I’d expect from Papa Johns. (That is NOT a bad thing) but there is nothing in particular that makes this location stand out from the rest. I DO recommend ordering here if you want some pizza, Papa Johns mAkes some good pizza (I also get garlic sauce :))

I called for delivery @11:05 am for a large pepperoni pizza. They told me 40 – 45 minutes. When I called @12:10 I asked if my pizza was still on the way. They said yeah it would be there in 10 minutes. I said forget it I’ll just pick it up. I wanted a brand new pizza that hadn’t been sitting there for an hour and 10 minutes but I was already getting it for free. Once I picked up my cooled down pizza my complaint about the actual pizza would probably be that it was really greasy. Oh! Forgot to mention as I was eating my chilled pizza I found a hair. It’s a good day for papa johns.

Rude manager wearing a pink polo tonight was extremely mean to his team and he was so loud we (all the customers ordering and waiting) felt the hostility. I felt so bad for the ladies working in the kitchen no one deserves to work under these conditions. Also they were short staffed.

I hate to write a bad review. Last night I ordered a pizza, one pizza, over the phone I was quoted a 20 minute pickup time. Once I arrived 25 minutes after I walk in to an understaffed store that was dirty. The manager was the most uninspired person I’ve seen leading a team in a while. Everything he had to say to his ten was a negative comment. Meanwhile there are people in the store waiting to be served long story short I got my pizza 45 minutes after I ordered. Had I been told an accurate time I would not have shown to fully experience this store. Btw the pizza was less than mediocre. Papa John would be disappointed. Please motivate your team to be better in a positive manner.

Great pizza, good service, out dated computer that popa johns himself used when he start back in 1984. You can get a heart attack for $ 2.99 more on any pizza. And great parking.

This is a good location. They prepare food fast and the promo codes on the website make an occasional trip here very affordable.

Sadly I have to give this place only two stars because I was delivered under cooked pizza! What sucks about papa johns policy is when this happens they can only either bring you another pizza or send you a coupon (in 7−10days) and I don’t know about anyone else but after I’ve just eaten undercooked pizza that makes me feel like I’m about to hurl the last thing I want is «more» pizza. I’m not necessarily placing blame on this location but the first manager I talked to acted kind of like he didn’t believe me but the second manager (who was female) was very understanding and explained the policy etc. note that if you add extra cheese or even without ask for your pizza to be throughly cooked and checked!!!

This Papa John’s is alright. Whenever I call, the service is quick and they don’t sound disgruntled at my extra demands (more of this, less of that). The wait usually takes a while, at least 45 min, so call ahead of time.
A bit pricier but the pizza is pillowy, softer, thicker, & better than Dominoes or Pizza Hut.
