Paulynne Liang, MD

Dr. Liang is a wonderful doctor, very caring and answers any questions I have. I can connect with her on a personal level. I have always been able to get an appointment in an emergency and she follows up when necessary. When needed I have been able to reach her after hours. Her staff is friendly and helpful. I have been a patient for over 3 years.

She moved to a nearby office where my previous doctor was located. Same medical group, St. Jude Heritage. This is a better location b/​c parking is free and you don’t have to pay like her previous location, which I believe was $ 2.50 per 15 mins after your 30min grace.
My 1^st visit with Dr. Liang was so horrible that I changed my doctor almost immediately after the visit.
She was running behind schedule (40mins), unapologetic, very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful.
It would have been more professional if she accepted fault (which is no big deal as I know these things happen) and apologized instead of being stubborn and rude.
She just made it so awkward.
I was rushed through my office visit.
Wasn’t very clear on anything and I felt like she just wanted to be done with it.
I wanted to walk out BUT that would mean I would have to search for a new doctor, make appt and waste more time and money.
I wasn’t feeling too good so I continued.
I regret not googling her before.
She has some below average reviews.

She was awesome! Took her time and answered all my questions. Her staff even followed up with me.

She’s strict, doesn’t care much for HMOs. But okay.
