Unique, fresh take on Vietnamese food. Very leveled up, next generation semi-fusion dishes. For example, the ahi tuna spring rolls — really good. Their phở is seriously good, mainly because their broth and the quality of meat used. Their stir fry, «Wok and Sauces» allows you to pick your protein(beef, pork, chicken), choose your sauce and choose between two types of rice(jasmine or brown). I chose beef with basil and oyster-soy sauce –delicious and a good value. Service was good. The food was fresh, tasty and I enjoyed my meal. The phở broth was good and the place is minimalistic and über modern. Prices are higher here than any other Vietnamese joint I’ve ever been to, but the food is not like any other Vietnamese joint I’ve ever been to. This place is on point.

Recommended this place to my friends for lunch and it was a big let down. We met for lunch here on a Wednesday and the place was busy. We waited about 15 minutes before a server took our order. He didn’t write our orders and we had a bad feeling he may have forgotten our orders. 20 minutes later, he comes back to tell us that they were out of cold noodles and if we can just order something else. Seriously??! We ordered something else. After 15 minutes, our food arrived and my phở was served in a bowl with a big chip on the edge! I mean, who serves food in a chipped bowl in a nice restaurant? We asked for another bowl and they did replace it but forgot to bring us chopsticks or silverware. What is going on?! The food was still good, but I felt bad because I recommended this place. I guess I won’t be recommending this place again anytime soon.
