Rzepka’s Gym

I love this place. I’ve been training here for about two months. Jason will always push you to your limit and focus on technique. I’ve toned out and lost 10 pounds since I’ve joined Jason’s gym.

This gym is hidden away in an industrial center. The head Trainer there is named Jason. He is very Flexible with scheduling (which is my main concern) and offers both private and group classes. I have been going there for 6 months or so and have lost 25 pounds!!! What keeps me coming back is how fun the training is. rarely do we repeat the same workouts

I played professional sport in the past and I can tell you that Jason is a world class trainer. I am taking private lessons with him to improve my self-​defense skills. He always has something new to teach me while not forgetting about the fundamentals. He pushes your limit but not going over the top. It definitely helps improve my confident and if I ever in trouble with my neighbors I know who to call :-D
And the price he charges is a bargain in my opinion.

I came to Jason with 0 knowledge of Muay Thai or any form of kickboxing. I came for an insane workout and that’s exactly what I’ve gotten… every…single…time. That’s the best part about Jason’s training, it’s different every time!
The warm-​up is probably harder than the actual session. Just kidding, they’re equally as difficult. In just 1 month, I’ve seen dramatic changes to my body. My endurance and stamina are building up to levels I never even dreamed of.
I’m completely impressed with his training. So much so, I increased my workout frequency with Jason to twice a week. I couldn’t recommend him more. He’s great at communicating and makes you feel extremely comfortable. I’ll be coming here for an extremely long time!

THIS SPORT IS FOR THE SELF MOTIVATED.
I wanted to try Muay Thai becuase I am half Thai and wanted to learn the art and get more in shape than I already was. I don’t like taking classes becuase they are crowded and do not do anything for me so I wanted something more personal. I found him on Unilocal and contacted him (TEXTING IS GOOD) He is having a deal if you buy 10 sessions you get 2 for FREE!!! Ask him to see if he is still offering that deal.
He has you warm up… every day is different… similar to crossfit… punching bags, running, jump rope, tires, and even HULA HOOPS!
then you get in the ring– HARDEST PART… Punches, knees, kicks, AND REPEAT.
then you do core to end it all… sit ups, crunches, bicycles, planks, push ups, etc.
I am an athletic person to begin with and in pretty good shape, and this is challenging. When I say challenging, i mean it in the BEST way possilble.
I get bored easily while working out so I LOVE THIS. You are ALWAYS moving and doing different things. He will push you to give it your all and he makes YOU WANT to give it your all.
Going back to you having to be self motivated… YES. because this is NOT EASY, you have to WANT to do it because if you’re off your game, he will make it known.
What I like about him the most is that he makes you feel comfortable and I feel like I am working out with my friend which makes it more fun!
It is right off state college and easy to find. You will do workouts inside and outside and it is NEVER a dull day with Jason!
He plays loud music to pump you up… requests are taken! You can go as many days as you want, just text him when you want to go in and he will tell you his openings. If you cancel and can’t make it, make sure it’s 4 hours at least before the scheduled session.
You can buy your own wraps, and gloves from him if you wish (you should cuz you get mighty sweaty) and water is provided! and there’s a bathroom!
I am in the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE, and IT HURTS SOOOO GOOD!
YOU’RE DREADING IT WHEN YOU’RE THERE BECAUSE ITS SO HARD AND YOURE PUSHING YOURSELF TO THE LIMITS SWEATING LIKE CRAZY, BUT YOU GO HOME FEELING ENERGIZED, STRONG, CONFIDENT, AND FINDING YOURSELF COMING BACK FOR MORE!!!

I have been training at this gym for some time now and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in martial arts, self defense or just getting in shape. This is the place to go. Having studied martial arts in the past I now realize how much time and money I have wasted over the years after training at Rzepka’s. Because he is an actual muay thai fighter, Jason brings real fight knowledge to his training so you can be assured what he is teaching you really works either in the ring or in a real self defense situation. This is real martial arts.
The level of training increases as your skill level does so you are constantly challenged to get better mentally and physically. The classes are always structured differently so you won’t get bored doing the same old routine yet they build on each other so you can see yourself improving over time. He seems to know just what you need to get to that next level and pushes you to work harder than you would by yourself.
At 41 years old I can honestly say I’m in better physical shape than I was in high school. I’m stronger, more flexible, have better stamina than I have ever had, and its fun too. If your interested or even curious about trying something like this, you have to give this gym a try. You will be very glad you did.

If you want to lose some weight and gain more confidence then you’ve ever imagined then you need to start doing some Muy Thai training with Jason Rzepka. I took approximately 2 years of individual training with Jason and I have to say that I feel very confident that if anyone ever tries to mess with me I could hurt them pretty bad. I’m a realtor who holds open houses and wanted to be able to defend myself and I now have the confidence of defending myself and more. I still continue to weight train with Jason and periodically brush up classes in Muy Thai. Ladies do yourself a favor and sign up with Jason today. Oh ya, he kicks guys asses into shape also!

The guy who runs this place is Jason, and he’s tough! He’s trained Muay Thai in Thailand and goes back yearly to touch up on his technique.
Jason has successfully gotten my husband back into shape and he’s a svelte 175lbs now… He was close 230lbs! I’ve even trained with him & he doesn’t treat me any different than the boys (which I happen to like) He’ll push you & push you so you can be at your best physically.
Jason will get your rear into shape, toughen you up for a great price.
