This Starbucks is always great. Parking may be pretty hard to find, but other than that, this location is on point. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and patient. Drinks come out fairly fast, but they seem to run out of ingredients really fast and very often. A for customer service!

Best Starbucks around. My only complaint is that they took away all of the outside seating and made one door exit only. I’m assuming it’s because of homeless people, but they didn’t have to remove their tables and chairs :( The plus side is there’s still 2 long stone bench things to sit on, and since it’s no longer a part of starclucks, that means you can smoke there now! Yippee =} – ~~

Even though this Starbucks is close to my house Id rather go to another one and this is why. I walk in and order first before everyone else. Wait a very long time and receive my drink last after everyone who ordered after me. I ask where my drink is and the guy says«it should be coming up» no sorry or anything. It’s not that difficult.

Not a good first impression of this store. I didn’t like the layout of the seating area. Plus, I must have visited during a nearby school’s early release day, as the store was overflowing with middle and/or high school students; the typical loud and inconsiderate ones. And what is with the new security locks on the restroom doors? The restroom(and its feces-covered toilet) was in dire need of attention. So what then is the purpose of the combination lock? Who are you trying keep out? The employees were sorta friendly. The sugar/creamer/napkin bar would have benefited from a bit of attention. Overall, with alternate stores nearby, I won’t be returning to this Starbucks. I wasn’t impressed enough to be inconvenienced by parking in the nearby structure and walking to the corner for my drink.

[LOCATION] Convenient, it’s right there on the corner of downtown Fullerton. There’s a public parking structure right next to it as well. Seating is kind of difficult to find because it’s always really packed. There are super busy times during the day where it’s completely full and there’s absolutely no way to find any seating. [STAFF] The staff is really patient and friendly when I’m still deciding what drink to get. And they always call out drinks with a smile. [FOOD/DRINKS] I’ve never had any issue with my food or drinks. They’re always made consistently accurate, as Starbucks never fails to do.

Starbucks seems to be going downhill with regards to quality and consistency. With the added competition of coffee shops in the area, Starbucks should be trying harder. Next time I get a coffee craving, I’ll go to Dripp across the street.

Came in here today in a horrible mood but Shawn managed to make me laugh and smile from a couple silly jokes and a happy attitude. It’s nice to see employees with such a positive attitude and good customer service. Made my day!

Been here a couple times. Usually they dont disappoint me. I had a total different experience at this location today. There wasn’t really a line, only two gentlemen ahead of us. The cash register was super slow, my boyfriend went first and i saw what a shitty job was being done so i told myself i wasnt even going to try to order something off the secret menu haha. i went with a green tea frappaccino. It was a little too sweet They winded up messing up my boyfriends frappaccino as well. it was a really big disappointment.

Dunno if Susan was having a bad day or my drink was too customized so she looked like she had trouble entering the order. Frowns muttering and shaking her head while she kept entering in things. Caramel brûlée latte quad ristretto no foam no whip.

This is the Starbucks I always go to when I’m at school and have a break. Everyone works really hard, because yes I’ve seen the high school kids come in and shit gets crazy! Everyone has always been nice to me and it’s always fun when Robert is working!

I recently experienced the worst customer service here, over a 50cent refill I work upstairs in the building I purchases a drink every day and will never again I can’t wait until the coffee lounge opens across the street,

I only ordered a water cup but the barista was extremely nice about it. Whenever I ask for water at other Starbucks locations, I’m usually confronted with attitude for not ordering an actual drink on their menu. This was a nice change.

The staff at this Starbucks works incredible slow. Like I’m impressed at how unmotivated and slow they work. Kristen just dilly dallies and seems to care more about what her coworker did last night than give me my coffee when I have a class to attend in a hurry.

So when did it become Starbucks policy to tell you what you can & cannot have in your drink? Megan, the manager at this store tells me that I cannot substitute soy milk for water in the cold brewed coffee.. even if I am willing to pay for it!!! All I wanted was a cold brewed latte, no water, and she said it cannot be done??? I have been able to get this drink from at least 10 other stores up and down the coast… but for some reason, this particular manager at this particular Starbucks says that«this is the one drink that they cannot make». And also claims that this decision comes down from corporate! I’m sorry, but i am having a hard time believing that Starbucks would lose a sale over not using water…

I really enjoy the service here. They’re pretty quick and helpful. I have the hardest time finding a coffee that would best fit my taste buds. The barista gave me some suggestions and I’ll definitely be trying them out each visit.

Loudest Starbucks ever! Came here early on a Saturday morning and sat in the furthest back corner I possibly could without sitting inside the bathroom. I tried getting some reading done, but it was nearly impossible, due to the super loud baristas, extra noisy coffee machines(they sounded way worse than they do at other locations) and the crazy loud whooshing of fans above the door anytime someone entered or exited. This location seems somewhat outdated and has a ton of foot traffic, which makes it even more unappealing. They also seem to make coffees more watered down and the baristas aren’t very friendly. They’re loud, but definitely not very helpful. I sure hope they open Dripp up across the street soon because seriously… I don’t think I can come here ever again. Considering there’s a million other coffee shops and tea lounges nearby, this place is a no-no for me.

This Starbucks is at the heart of downtown Fullerton. With that being said, you would think that the employees would take better care of the place. Oh, there are a few kind employees, but there are others that are very anti homeless, and will target certain people that even appear to be sitting inside for longer than it takes to drink tall cup of coffee. I understand that they don’t want people staying there all day, but it does happen, and they don’t bother them. I am a paying customer, and I still get bothered. Keep your receipt around so they don’t harass you. The bathrooms are an atrocious tragedy! Ive seen cleaner bathrooms on a greyhound bus! If they are cleaned, it might be once a month! I looked up at the light in the men’s bathroom, and there is a lemon slice that looks like it’s been there for a week! There is also what appears to be blood spattered on the ceiling, amongst the other random stuff stuck on the walls. I will spend more of my money to buy something at Mission Market around the corner just to use a clean bathroom that doesn’t smell like a barnyard. Not to mention when the homeless minors come out of there after being inside for 30 – 45 minutes, the sulfar smell will knock your socks off. The store manager has been seen and timed waiting for 45 minutes just to use the women’s bathroom, INHEROWNSTORE where she has the right to enter after 5 minutes of not getting a response from whoever is doing drugs in there. Another notable problem that I’ve noticed is that the women have a hard time opening the women’s bathroom door from the inside. The employees have been notified, yet the problem still exists. The outside patio is just as nasty. When I’m out with friends, I will go out of my way to go to one 10 miles away just to enjoy myself. STAYAWAYFROMHERE!

This is my go-to Starbucks, before and during work(since I work 2 blocks down). What makes this establishment awesome for me are 1 thing and 1 person: Person= Sam! This barista knows me by name, perpetually says HI and is flawless at hospitality. Susan here also rocks and is quite pleasant. Thing= Beverage quality is excellent. Depending on the time of day, delivery speed of drinks can vary, especially during the lunch hour(this is a mad bustle time filled with students from both Fullerton High School and Fullerton College). Yet somehow, this small team manages to crank out the drinks without getting flustered.
