Love the atmosphere and comfortable lobby. Drive thru is crazy most of the time so I use my app to order ahead. Exit and entrance should be strictly enforced otherwise it’s an accident waiting to happen. Baristas are super nice and very cordial. Definitely my favorite Starbucks in the area.

I like this location a lot better than the other ones I’ve been to. I feel like Starbucks is more about their brand than their coffee(IMHO) but it’s quick and easy to get your caffeine fix. The only complaint: some people like to cut in the drive thru line by driving in through the opposite way and want you to let them in. The line started from 3 cars behind me right before you pull into the drive thru/parking lot. I only let the lady in as a courtesy, but… The car behind me gave me the most angry, disgraceful«WTF» look with their hands up, while I waved sorry to them from my rear view mirror. It didn’t help we were waiting in line on a busy day. Other than that, it’s your friendly, neighborhood Starbucks that people love to go to. Tired from an all nighter? Working overtime? Hungover? Want to not sleep tonight? This will help you: 4 shots of espresso 4 pumps of white mocha Extra ice

The drive thru was quick, but they don’t make drinks well. I had an iced green tea latte and it was pretty much milk with the green tea powder all settled on the bottom.

The Starbucks in itself looks beautiful and clean, but the service is subpar. There is one guy that always works here(I can never get his name) and he is just so incredibly rude. The iced coffee always tastes burnt and they never have enough cold brew ready. The only plus to this Starbucks is the fact that they have a drive through, but be prepared to sacrifice quality.

It takes nine minutes to get an iced coffee. With one person in front to order. This is inefficiently retarded beyond common sense… One star.

I love Starbucks and come here almost everyday. Today I went through the drivethru and had the worst encounter with a blonde girl. She blended my drink when I asked for it to only be stirred. I understand matcha powder and milk can be alittle chunky but it’s way better than frothy foamy milk as your whole entire drink. I heard her carrying on inside with other employees saying things like«who does this person think they are». It’s such a basic drink with just milk and matcha. I don’t even get classic syrup. So annoying.

How the simple words of «Hi, how are you?» or even«Thank you have a nice day» make a difference. Yeah this place has none of that. From the cashier to the barista. Instead you’re greeted without any eye contact coupled with a quick«You ready to order?» Sorry I caught you a bad time, missy. Even my wife mentioned this place wasn’t the friendliest as well.

Very nice staff at this location! Super nice and friendly. Love the service :) They have google wifi here which works very well. Also have a lot of tables and power cords so it is very good to study here. Love this location!

Worst Starbucks ever. Came at 230 in the afternoon. Took over 20 min in the drive thru for two drinks. Wasn’t even busy

After renovations, this Starbucks now serves reserve menu and evenings! Pretty cool. I got the Cameroon which I’ve had at other reserves and it tasted pretty bland. Felt like I was drinking hot water. I like the renovations and new seating but why is it sooo dark inside??? There’s barely any overhead lighting! I can barely read my book. PLEASEADDMORELIGHTINGHERE! OREVENLAMPS! I’M ABOUTTOBRINGMYOWNLAMPFROMHOME.

This was the first Starbucks that my sister and I tried the new«evenings» menu at ! We each had a refreshing beer with a couple appetizers. Thank you to Chris who was very helpful on choosing the truffle Mac n cheese and chicken sausage mushroom flatbread. Apologies for not remembering the other guy who helped served us, but both were funny and attentive to making sure our first time was enjoyable !

One of the better and cleaner Starbucks in the area with a drive through. The counter staff are usually very friendly and courteous and if you have time, will gladly converse with you about anything that happens to catch their eye, my AppleWatch, for example. The flavors are good and they are consistent with the recipes. Remember to use your Starbucks card or app to rack up stars towards free coffee/snacks.

ONESTARFORMYHORRIBLEEXPERIENCETODAY. This Is the worst experience I ever had at Starbucks. First I ordered a Grade iced coffee with mocha and grilled cheese. during which they dido not tell me that the sandwich was discontinued. They provided me a different sandwich but when I was paying for my drink the cashier took all my money. I paid with a 20.00 cash bill and when I questioned her about my change she said, «oh I gave it to you already. « I said no you did not and she began to shuffle around and call for help. I am not a thief and I’m perfectly capable of paying for my drink so I don’t appreciate an employee taking my money. After some back and forth she realized she had not given me change. I’m guessing she enter the wrong amount on the register. she then gave me 8.00 dollars. So I paid 12.00 for iced coffee and a sandwhich(should cost 3.75+3.45 = 7.20). I was on my way to work and was going to be late so I did not have the time nor the want to keep arguing with this girl. This is ridiculous I don’t appreciate being treated like this. I have been a loyal Starbucks customer and a gold card member since 2009. I have never been treated like this. I love Starbucks but my experience today was unacceptable. Your guys need to learn how to count change correctly.

Cool, small location off of harbor and imperial. They have 5 types of reserve coffee and also are one of the only stores in this area to offer the clover brewed coffee. I tried the Hawaii Ka’u blend. It was $ 4.50 for a tall however it was well worth it. Ample, comfortable seating inside and cool leather chairs to sit down on. Good drink quality, and fairly nice partners.

This is why we love our Starbucks family! Laura you always know exactly what I need when I come in whether morning or afternoon. Andrew it’s been great following your progress to coffee master. Sean your enthusiasm and great energy is something I’m going to miss, Vinny even though your always hussling in the back it’s great to see you pop up and give us that friendly smile, Kaitlyn going to miss your sweetness and smile when we walk through the door. And for the store manager who never gets tired of seeing our faces walk in and let us greet our staff and baristas thanks for having the best team in that store, always promoting excellent customer service and not as a business but like family. Other stores will have a tough time filling in your shoes and our hearts! Gonna miss you all

I’m not a complicated coffee drinker. I tend to skip fraps and flavored lattes and stick to regular ‘ol coffee, so I have a pretty seasoned palette when it comes to how my iced coffee should taste. I got my usual iced coffee with soy… but it tasted completely sour. I went back inside and mentioned this to the barista and requested a new drink. She seemed to be in a hurry, but that didn’t stop her from remarking that she found their coffee to sometimes taste sour too. This baffled me… why would you knowingly serve bad coffee? Coffee tastes sour when it goes bad or has been under-extracted, so the sourness is a sign that something isn’t quite right. She poured my drink from a different cold coffee pitcher into a cup she filled ¾ of the way full with creamer. Dude, what? I didn’t want creamer, and if I did I don’t think I would want a hint of coffee in my creamer. She didn’t even look at the label on the cup that specifically said SOY on it, and when she handed me my cup the liquid inside was almost white. I asked her to make it again(again) and while I could tell the barista was over it, I finally I walked out with non-sour, non-cream filled coffee. I know Starbucks gets all kinds of hectic, but shouldn’t the #1 priority being making coffee that rules, and making sure your customer gets what they want?
