Tilly’s

This store is smaller compared to others I’ve been too but it still carries some great styles and selections of clothing items. It was actually redone and expanded to carry clothing for kids too. This is awesome because my son is a huge fan of the Neff line.
They carry skater brands such as Volcom, Roxy, Billabong, Hurley, etc. I like those but I also love their brand Full Tilt! They come out with some cute clothing for women. They also have lots of fashion jewelry, earrings, rings and necklaces, which are always buy one get one 50% off.
Service is always good here. Someone has always asked if I need help. It is a smaller store though and you will have a better chance to find more options at a bigger location but it still carries enough for the eye to shop!

I was coming in looking for backpacks and the girl who greeted me seemed nice however I heard her talking to another employee about me & my friend. She was talking to Christi I think? I get talking about a customer, but try doing it where the customer can’t hear you or wait until they leave. They were talking about us as if we weren’t there which I find that to be a little unprofessional.

My son received a gift card for this place and not only was it right up his alley, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The décor and clothing are very current and retro all the same time. Daniel was especially attentive and we are now big fans of the store. Thanks Tilly’s.

I came in looking for a particular item and Daniel helped me. He looked in store and online for the backpack I wanted. He ordered it for me in store and was very kind and helpful.

Came here to return some tennis shoes that I didn’t like as a gift. I didn’t have a receipt and I told the Assistant manager my situation and she offered to give me store credit. She quickly did it with no questions and I was in and out in a matter of minutes.

The manager was trashy and rude when i had to deal with her. She acted so unprofessional and as if my business was not important to her. She should not be in authority at all or they treat her badly there because she doesn’t care about customer service one bit. I wont be back. They should fire her.

Expensive but popular with teens and tweens.

It’s clean and all the clothing racks were well stocked, so they get an extra star for that. But wow — this place has horrible customer service. I went in the late afternoon on a weekday, so I was one of about 3 shoppers. When the place is dead you’d think the employees would be in good moods and ready to help the very few customers. Nope! They were rude, I had to hunt someone down to open a dressing room for me, and a girl I asked for a skirt in another size was totally unhelpful. Then I decided what I wanted to buy and waited in line for about 10 minutes while the sloooowest employee ever helped 1 person. There is NO reason it should take 10 minutes to ring up one customer. I like the clothes here so I guess I’ll be going back but maybe I’ll stick to the one at the Block since the employees seem to be nicer.

I can here to buy a pair of pants on Saturday. Wow, what a mistake.
I think I was there a total of 15 minutes and I was asked about 7 times if i need help. That is a bit excessive and extremely annoying especially since everyone there is about 18 years old and it’s clearly their first job in customer service.
When i shop for clothes, i need time to peruse and I will never again go to Tilly’s unless i am certain that i need a new bandanna or something that says «Metal Militia» on the front. HA.

I used to work at this Tilly’s, and while I didn’t always enjoy my time here [the cougar ladies buying Uggs, and their annoying children running all over the place] I still like the store. Everyone’s friendly and will always ask if you need help. Ton of selection. Prices can be high on items of course, but if you can catch a sale, or get a coupon, then that’s helpful.
This isn’t the biggest Tilly’s, but it gets a lot of business, especially on the weekends. So if you wanna avoid crowds, go in the morning during the week if you can.
