Tom Santoro – Crane Real Estate

Tom helped us buy our new home and sell our old home. Other real estate agents I have worked with treat the job as a hobby and don’t seem to know what they are doing, but Tom is extremely knowledgeable, professional and takes pride in his work. He really helped us navigate the process and every step of both sales was a priority for him. I will also say that he stands behind his word — we had a situation where we felt we could do a better financing deal on our new house and he promised to pay the closing costs if we could, and he did. So he is honest and a man of his word in a profession where unfortunately you often encounter shady and dishonest people. He is also just a very nice person! I recommend Tom and Crane Real Estate unreservedly.

It was a pleasure to work with Thomas Santoro. Thomas was very easy to work with, he always returned our calls and emails promptly, and he was very knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. It took us quite a while to find the right home, and we had some special circumstances, but Thomas was patient with us and worked very hard to not only find us a great home but also make sure we got a lender that could work with our situation. It was an all around great experience.

Tom is by far one of the most honest people I have ever met. He was the buying agent for the purchase of our home in 2008 in Fullerton (Raymond hills). He listened to us about the type of home we wanted. The first house we wanted went to the first bidder because my husband and I stalled. We we’re broken hearted. Tom «made us» (because I was outing so much bat the first house) see another house that had just been listed that day. It was on a better street, better house, better floor plan, pool and move in ready. We wrote an off that night. We are still in that same home 6 years later and so happy! We have filled it with two happy little girls and cannot imagine living anywhere else! If not for tom, we would have never seen it! The listing agent, who advertises a lot… Was not impressed. She made it even more obvious that we were so lucky to have tom on our side. He is so detailed and does not let little details hold up your sale. Since he is also a financial planner, I feel like he looks at your overall picture. He is not just about the sale he is about a long term relationship. He has handled the sale of my husbands grandmother home, a good friends home sale, and my brother and sister in laws first home purchase. I have referred COUNTLESS friends and clients of my own to him. Everyone has thanked me for connecting them with him. Bottom line, he is awesome and knows his stuff.
