Ultimate Party Bus Events

If I could give 0 stars I would… This company is absolutely horrible and pretty much ruined my 30^th birthday in back October.
First off their driver was a ½ hour late… Yep ½ hour, no call so I had to call his boss to find out where he was — I nearly cancelled and I should have gone with my gut and cancelled anyway. To make up for the no call late driver the owner offered us to go until 2am instead of the original paid for 1am.
Well we never made it, the fricken bus BROKE DOWN and we barely made it back to my house. I walked into my house looked at the time and it was 1:10 am… Not to mention the bus wasnt anything like the buses they show on their website. It was a decent size, plenty for my companions but not in the least bit swanky like what they show and brag about. When talking to the partner he tried to make it sound like it was our fault the bus broke down. Pretty sure vehicles break down if not maintained properly and even if they are maintained they still break down. Certainly wasnt our fault!
There was never a contract sent, just an invoice and I was promised a partial refund for the trouble. Never saw the refund and when I called yesterday I was fed a line that they went out of business, uh yeah right… I can’t imagine why. Then the story was changed that they didnt go out of business, it was that who I was talking to sold the bus to his partner and he was out. Was told another partner would call me to sort out and have yet to receive a call.
I paid for a service that I only received — a couple of hours of and their customer service is POOR!
I will make sure to tell anyone and everyone about how I got screwed on my 30^th birthday from these idiots… Save yourself from the embarassment and pick a different company!
