I got balayage done by Cynthia today. She has a private unit all to herself and she serves one client at a time, so you get her undivided attention. The first time she washed my hair the color came out a little too subtle (I did ask for something subtle). She offered to put in more highlights, and the results came out just like the picture I showed her. I am very happy with my new color, thanks Cynthia!
