Been here twice so far. They have a great selection for making any type of sandwich. You can draw on your bag and post it up if you think it’s worthy. You also get a free large drink with checkin, worked both times! It is a little pricy for just a sandwich, but you’re getting fresh food. I prefer their vegetarian selections :)

The staff that works the morning shift go beyond unfriendly. My last three visits have been met with inexcusable bad attitude. The kind of bad attitude that screams«I hate working here, I hate that as a customer standing right in front of me you are forcing me to do my job, so for that I hate you too». When I experienced this the first time I was none too pleased but I chalked it up to the 20something. female having a bad day. It’s happened two more times since then. I can honestly say I have never been made to feel more unwelcome or unwanted and or unwanted and orunwantedandina place of business the customer should feel should feel the exact opposite: welcomed and appreciated.

I love Which Wich but this location sucks. The atmosphere is very dull and claustrophobic. The workers seem to be too busy chit chatting with each other. I ordered double meat on my sandwich and from what I see, they skimped out on my meat! Fustrating!!! I would recommend going to the Which Wich in Brea or Katella. Sorry, but this location deserves 2 stars.

Absolutely love this place. Clean, friendly staff, and sandwiches are perfect toasted. Only wish they had a vegan cheese option! The ultra picky(milk allergic) princess likes the kids toasted turkey, with no crust with cucumbers. It comes with a drink, and a Wich Krispy treat that has NOMILK, a big plus for that!

Pros and Cons Pros 1. Tasty Sandwiches 2. Lots of Choices 3. Quiet Cons 1. Inconsistent service Which Wich is a pretty decent place to get a sandwich. Their ingredients are higher quality than other places. The surf and turf is surprisingly good. However, the service is in need of improvement. The staff often seems unfriendly and unhappy. Also, their ingredients are often inconsistent. Some ingredients appear on only one side of the sandwich and sometimes you get an extra ingredient or get one missing.

Three stars for complying with a specific request for less meat in my sandwich, which is good. Going to CSUF, I probably come once a week. Today was definitely worse than usual for service… I came at 10:02 and the front door was locked. I waited again until 10:10 and it was still locked, and I know someone saw me. So I waited in the back and did homework until 10:30. Came inside, and the cashier was not very friendly. Said she had never used the offer for a free 32 oz drink w/sandwich purchase that’s on Unilocal when you check in, and reluctantly gave me the cup. She just acted rather cold. I’ll still be back, since this is the closest walk from school. Still wish the customer service was a little better.

After having my order wrong 3 times I don’t think I will be back. I like the idea of writing my order on a sandwich bag and handing it to the cashier, but not when I continuously have my order wrong. The meat, veggies and bread are all high quality and taste fresh. I also enjoy their selection of chips and desserts. A little overpriced in my opinion, but when you have your order wrong more than once it’s hard to justify coming back.

Don’t get the hype. Overpriced sandwiches, dry bread and slow service. I never come here willingly. If I’m missing something would love to know.

The sandwiches taste great and there is a rumors of a legendary sandwich maker who works during the weekend. A must try.

I thought Jimmy Johns was good, but this place is close if not better. Subway is great for the price, but you’re getting a much better sandwich here. Jimmy Johns wins if you want a tasty and quick sandwich made to go, but it is quite pricy and so is which which. The variety of sandwiches is amazing and the concept of selecting the items on your sandwich is pretty nice. You won’t be standing in line while you ask for alot of condiments, just mark your bag and good to go. Honestly, havent seen any other locations and it would be nice if it was in a better plaza or mall.

Got a roast beef sandwich on white bread with light mayo, tomatoes and all the veggies. The roast beef was good, but the white bread was just okay. It’s pretty small for 7″. I rather get a sandwich at Whole Foods. It’s more filling.

Great sandwiches! Terrible service and people skills. The associates are cold and unfriendly. It made ordering my sandwich rather depressing.

Friendly people, clean store. They need to chill on the mayo and mustard. My sandwich was disgusting because of it. It was basically a mayo mustard sandwich.

I’ve come to this location once a week for almost a year now. For 8 months or so this place was AMAZING. The staff was very quick, friendly, and accurate. However, for the past 3 months the sandwiches I’ve been ordering online have been wrong. They are either adding ingredients that I didn’t order or leaving off ingredients I did order. It wouldn’t be such a big deal if whatever ingredient they put on that I didn’t order was easy to take off(cheese, onion, tomato etc.) But they are smothering my sandwich with mustard and no matter how much I try to scrape it off, the entire sandwich is soggy and tastes like mustard. and I HATE mustard. Also, I always get avocado on my sandwich and the last few times the avocado has been hard and not yet ripe. It wouldn’t be a huge deal, but I am paying extra for avocado… I was on the fence about coming here again, but I gave them a chance again today. Just got back from picking up my online order and bringing it to my office and the sandwich is wrong AGAIN. It looks like there are other Unilocalers lately that have been frustrated with this location as well. Not to mention that every time I place an online order I always leave at least 15−20% as a tip for them to screw up my sandwich. I will not be coming back to this location and I really hope their management/owners looks into this for their sake.

First time at a which wich… It’s OK. Better than subway,(more toppings) however I don’t like how you can’t see them make your sandwich. There’s a wall just tall enough to make sure you can’t see what they’re doing… So no way to tell if you want more or less of something, guess it comes with experience. I got a 10″ hot turkey sandwich with bacon, swiss, jalapeños, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, lettuce and spicy ranch. It tasted good, not particularly fresh but the veggies were crispy. Not sure why they make their sandwiches like this but all of the meat was on one side of the bread… It’s annoying for me… Veg bite, meat bite… Wtf? Honestly the star of my sandwich was the spicy ranch. It has great flavor and married all my ingredients together,(probably because I tasted it in every bite.) The staff was OK, you don’t really have to interact with them at all… Soo I guess you could hire anyone haha. Pretty average experience, only go here if you don’t feel like making your own sandwich.

Lauren and Thomas are a credit to your location and business. I will assure that my friends and associates patronize Which wich simply due to the service and attitude of Thomas and Lauren. Amazing food… tremendous staff… treats as great as it gets.

I’m really disappointed with this location. I used to like Which Wich, I usually always got the same thing(i.e., small buffalo chicken hotwich on white, with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions). However, every time I go to this location lately, they seem to always make it poorly. They don’t cut it all the way through, they don’t stuff the sandwich properly so everything just falls out, random things I didn’t ask for end up in my sandwich somehow… I usually don’t write bad reviews but I’m annoyed how every time I come here, I get a subpar quality sandwich for the price I’m paying. Basically, it’s expensive(a small is 6 bucks, when you get a combo it’s almost 10!) AND low quality. I could get better quality at a subway(and for cheaper, too) and that’s sad because subway grosses me out. On top of that, the wait time sucks. I’ve been there when I was literally the only customer waiting and they still took forever :/ Oh, not to mention the cashier the last time I went looked like she hated her life. I actually asked her how she was doing first. She just blankly stared at me and asked me what I wanted… Definitely lost my future business

Great location, easy to park and super friendly crowd! The people are nice and the service was quick! Clean inside, lots of inside and outside dinning. The location couldn’t be more perfect. My favorite is the Italian grinder, mix it up and add siracha I promise you won’t regret it! There cookies are the shit!

Great location which means it can get pretty full here. Also can get kind of messy and the wait can be a bit long. Still, love the endless options of sandwiches and toppings. I had my favorite, the green eggs and ham and although I did have to wait about 20 minutes to get it, it was prepared just as I wanted and HUGE! A small is enough for two small meals which makes $ 6 a great deal. I wish they would open for breakfast, when I am more excited to eat a sandwich then at lunch or dinner.

Which wich do you want? After years and years of just passing by various Which Wich locations, I finally tried it out. This location is kind of small, but they do have a few tables to eat your meal. I figure the people that come here are mainly students from CSUF. //PARKING // The guard in the parking lot has an eagle eye. Make sure you don’t park in an area that is not allowed. He literally writes down your license plate and watches you as you go into a business to make sure you are a customer and not just parking there and walking across the street to campus. //SERVICE // It’s similar to a Subway, except you write everything you want on a brown paper bag that has the different topping and proteins on it. The girl was very friendly. //FOOD // Shrimp po’ boy: 1⁄3 lb. of shrimp with tomatoes, pickles, lettuce and a spicy tartar sauce. The flavor of the sandwich is actually really good, but the shrimps taste fake. They feel rubbery. I know these aren’t fresh and are probably frozen and pre-battered, but it wasn’t very good texturally. Thank you turkey: Your Thanksgiving turkey sandwich. Turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce stuffed into a sandwich. The first time I tried something similar was in Vegas and this is pretty much the same style of sandwich. It’s very flavorful and filling. Overall, I think Which Wich makes some delicious sandwiches. I wouldn’t order the shrimp po’ boy again, but I will definitely be back to try some of the other sandwiches.
